I rented a unit from Ingrid Ramic. Upon move-out she sent someone else to do the inspection of the property I provides him with my new mailing address & contact info for my security deposit to be sent to. & I never heard anything else from her. I ve been calling her & texting her for 6 MONTHS NOW & she will not respond. When I do get her on the phone she acts like she doesnt know what i m talking about, asks for the old address & says she ll call me back when she gets to her office & NEVER CALLS. This has been going on for 6 months me playing cat & mouse with her over my security deposit. & I never paid rent late, cleaned the unit spotless when I left. I was a great tenant but obvioulsy i should have given her the run around and not paid rent for 6 months at a time.

I do not know BIG Int Realty, but I do know Ms. Angela Troubatchov, Finding an agent who is honest, responsive, caring and informative was like finding a gem in a mountain. I was searching for 34 days and It was frustrating to find a realtor that I can trust. maybe you feel what I mean, it was until I found her, meeting her was a game changer. She never tries to sell, she provides all the information you need to know including all the problems that you might not see at first, she is patient with all of your questions and negotiate the deal between you and the owner fairly. She asks what you really need and if you are really happy with the home she has found for you. She has the prestige and the integrity that many people do not possess even half of it. What makes her genuine is the fact that she keeps caring even after the deal is done. I needed to fix something, I asked her to arrange someone to fix it in 7 days, she did it in one day! Her motivation is not only earning money, it is her self-respect. Writing this review was the least I could do to appreciate her professionalism.
