I wanted to share our recent experience with Eli Nektalov for helping us to buy the apartment we always dreamed of. He was recommended to us by a few of our friends who live in the building where we were looking to buy. We didn t regret working with Eli for a single minute. Negotiations with the seller were difficult and often came to a standstill. Thanks to Eli, he gave us tips and options on how to proceed. Yesterday, we finally signed the papers for our apartment. We want to thank him for all his patience, hard work and all his personal time he put in the sale.
