Benkiraï Hotel

We had dinner at the Beefbar yesterday. Excellent meal (snack, starter dishes and cocktails) but obsequious service that drives consumption to overcome the lack of attendance of the restaurant. We were entitled to the mention "TIPS" in capital letters on our bill with the amount of "25 euros +" next to what is prohibited in France and what is absurd about us since we are French so we know the usages about it in France. Valet parking is 25 euros which is totally prohibitive for a hotel restaurant with parking. For example The Byblos does not charge this service and leaves the amount to be given to the valet at the discretion of the customers, which makes you want to be more generous than when you are charged exorbitant unjustified amounts. In conclusion: delicious meal but frame without personality and service to seriously review

Everything was perfect. The Decore the location the service.

Great beautiful hotel. Neat, elegant and anything but confusing. The meat restaurant is excellent too.

Beef bar was amazing and the Spa Tata Harper was outstanding

Beautiful settings, excellent service, but nothing is more disappointing and annoying than not having the category room booked, and then finding management oblivious to your justifiable complaint, it s a pity, I shall not return not recommend.

It is still under construction, but it will be great am I recommend.
