Fantastic experience and a great, affordable place to bring the kids to get some interactive learning. There are multiple floors with tons of displays and lots to see and do. The highlight was the Kimball Theatre Organ, that demonstration should not be missed. The staff is also amazing too!

Seriously, it's a nice venue to host events but as a museum, it is a visit once only.. There is some interaction with some of the displays but gets boring quickly. They should cut their entrance fees in half based on what I expected and experienced

Fun place to go to if you are a fan of music. Most stands are interactive and fun to play with. Can go in a self guided tour as well as request a guide. Sometimes there are public demonstrations about certain unique instruments such as the organ, that interestingly enough is hooked up with a fully f...

Went here with my wife on a whim and I couldn't have been happier with going. We did the guided tour which was very informative (and thankfully not overly long) where the guide gave us a great explanation of the space and exhibits, inspiring us to explore the museum on our own even further. Plenty o...

Beautiful building housing amazing stories, instruments and interactive exhibits.

The pricing is also very good. There are no extra costs for more exhibits its just one flat fee per-person. Students were $14, which is what I paid, all you need is a student ID.

We spent well over 2 hours in the...

Came out of the Bell National Music Centre for a Block Heater Performance and am always amazed by the skill of engineering and dedication Calgary has made to ensure music has a place within the urban. Highly recommended go when you can!

Beautiful amazing building. Really educational and a good place to take the kids for a musical tour around Canada. It s kind of empty in the middle of the space. You only really stand and read the plaques. It s about 1hour to tour the entire 5 floors

Wow! First, the building itself is absolutely amazing. You're compelled to look up, fantastic architecture. Second, the actual exhibits and presentations are second to none. Studio Bell has something for everyone, pop culture icons to historical instruments. Allow for several hours to truly experien...

Beautiful place to enjoy history and see exhibits. They have a great selection of interactive pieces that allows you to immerse yourself in music and art. The layout of the building is well designed. They have two stairwells going from the main floor to the 5th floor allowing easy access for a large...

The best musical experience I've had in regards to learning tons about our Canadian music icons and legends. From the minute you walk in you can tell this place just reeks of musical culture. If you can't appreciate the ubiquitous displays of musical heritage, then maybe you'd be in awe from the fab...

A must see stop for any appreciator of music. Beautiful architecture, live music, memorabilia, and pianos and exhibits for visitors to play at a reasonable entry fee. The only thing this museum lacks is a portion dedicated to local artists such as Chad VanGaalen and Feist.

I found the museum to be a little underwhelming with the exhibits and quite frankly a bit boring. The emphasis seemed to be more on the architecture of the building which is a ton of wasted space and seems to be an accoustic nightmare. Be prepared to pay just under $10 for parking, and what appears ...

Would probably have given this a better review but more than half of the exhibits had audio issues or weren't working. Considering that this is a music venue, it really took away from the experience. No warning when paying for admission, either - just a sign on the stairs to the first exhibition flo...

My family and I spent a day in Studio Bell and enjoyed our time there. You can learn a lot about history of music in Canada and worldwide, listen to different musicians and performers, try to play an instrument yourself, and visit a special event, or a concert.

Beautiful architectural masterpiece, the highlight of which is a kind of playable disassembled street organ that is played live twice a day by a man who finds himself very good. Furthermore, no wind instruments can be found. I expected more from it.
