I have rented them in the tower of Balhsa Sharjah, no maintenance, no cleaning, no services, and if you talk with any company manager, you answer that you are someone who does not understand anything. Unfortunately, I hired the name Balhsa, but unfortunately it is a very bad experience.

I am really sorry to say, it s been years we are following up for our payment. They don t want to pay the subcontractors as they have already taken money from the Client. Daily we are begging to them but they don t want to pay. So please be careful when you deal with them.
