Such a beautiful place, so fun to explore the different sections. Wish it was just a little more affordable!

Alleged failed delivery -- although I was home at the time. Customer service never responded to my return phone call even though I was told i was "in cue position one" for nearly a half hour. Never responded to my email inquiry either.

Great place to find good deals on plants and just spend an afternoon. Koi pond and bakery as well as some nice seating. Pricing on outdoor items (grills, furniture, etc.) is a little high but the facility is beautiful and the staff is very pleasant!

Very nice place to shop even got Christmas gifts there. The woman that waited on me was very polite and very helpful :)

When the woman says we need to go to Bachman's, I don't complain too much. They have the little french cafe inside and they have the best quiche in town. She get's plants, I get brunch, everyone is happy.

They helped me not only put a smile on my overworked/underpaid girlfriend's face once-- but TWICE! Even helped me replace a bouquet that was later ruined by some mystery coworker/ janitor 3 days after delivery. Thank you for going above and beyond! You made both our days today.

one of the more extensive garden centers in the twin Cities it really is a destination in and of itself. It also has a wonderful little restaurant inside an atrium. The plants are good the prices are not cheap but not unreasonable either. It's a fun place to go.

The move of the hardscape division out of the city is very inconvenient. Not everyone can travel way out of town for their needs. Too bad, Bachmans, you've lost a customer.

We tried ordering flowers from Bachman's today for our mother, who just moved into a new building, we live in MA. The person answering the phone was rude & abrupt. I had questions about the delivery and the flowers used in the arrangement(because their website stated that with this $$$ arrangement we could chose our own flowers)! At this point she said, "I don't mean to rush you, but your call might time out"!
I've never heard of anything like this before. At this point I hung up and ordered from a much friendlier Co. close by, who couldn't believe what I told her happened with Bachman's.

One of my favorite places to go on a cold winter's day to get some sunlight, hang out with plants, and maybe grab a sweet treat. It's great all seasons, just extra special when it's freezing outside (: I always leave with a plant or two.

Prices are high, but the flowers are good quality! I was VERY impressed, I didn't see anything I liked on the website so I called and the designers made something special for me, and in the price range I was looking for!

Love Bachman's. We always get our veggies and flowers there. Never had issues with the quality of the plants we bought.

I'm very angy, they kept telling me I could not buy anything and kicked me out of the store and wound not stop chanting we are closed. Be nicer to customers

Bachman's was absolutely wonderful on our wedding day and the day before! We got all of our bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres through them as well as some flowers for the ceremony space, and reception space. Since I wanted to make our centerpieces, I was able to order the exact flowers ahead of time and pick them up the Friday before our wedding to assemble the vases. They turned out perfect and the stems that were hand selected were beautiful! They also delivered all of the other flowers on Saturday morning to the ceremony location and all of them were beautiful! I could not be happier. Better yet, we stayed UNDER budget on our flowers, which is almost unheard of. Nonetheless, we are very happy we went with Lynn and her design team for our wedding!

In the middle of the coldest part of winter, you can feel like you're outside in spring while enjoying a cup of coffee and a treat from Harry's in amidst the plants of the greenhouse at this Bachman's facility. With the sun streaming through glass skylights all around you, it's easy to forget that the temperature outdoors is 5 below. Come for a Sunday brunch with friends, and then shop through their extensive gift shop, which has so much more than plants. Really a treat to spend an hour or two here on cold winter day, and the treats from Harry's are wonderful.

Nothing better to lift the spirits in the dead of winter like a trip to the greenhouse. They always have all the classic house plants as well as something new and exotic.

I went there right before X-Mas of 2018. They have just about everything their you can think of. There was even a food court. Its a pretty big place, there is something for all ages. They even put a X-Mas skit together for the kids. A good place to definitely check out,

A must on grey days!! Started with coffee at Patrick's. Buy two pastries and get a 3rd free! We chose almond croissants, big and flaky, covered in powdered sugar with almond paste filling, and a strawberry cream filled Danish. Great cup of Dark Roast coffee...free refills at a help yourself coffee station. Sit in a garden! Greenhouse glass above, intimate bistro tables surrounded by greenery and blooming plants.
Then stroll thru garden and gift shops. Fresh ideas abound for home & garden.

Bachman's did our flowers for our September 14th wedding and they were beyond expectations! They were absolutely gorgeous! They took what we wanted and made it incredible! My bridal bouquet was nothing short of beautiful! I received a lot of compliments on the flowers. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Communication was excellent even when I changed my order a few times. Thank you Bachman's!

Good variety of indoor/outdoor plants, pots/planters, and a wide variety of supplies for your gardening needs. A good one stop shop. Prices are on the high end, but not as high as some boutique garden stores. You can definitely get cheaper plants at your Home Depots, Menards and such, but Bachmans has better quality plants. The supplies, you can skip those and get those from the home centers for a better price.

Fun to look around but the prices are a little out of my league.

This is a wonderful flower store. The red roses I received were the most beautiful I have ever had. Highly recommend.

Best garden store in the Twin Cities! There is a cafe inside to grab a coffee and a lunch while you do you shopping. The store is very dog friendly and the staff are wonderful. They also wrap your plants so they don't make a mess on the car ride home.

It is the best garden store in the twin cities. Prices are slightly higher but the quality is very high.

They have beautiful flowers, not a huge selection of vegetables, helpful, knowledgeable staff helped me pick and order a tree for my backyard. At Christmas time they have the most beautiful ornaments and decorations

I have NEVER experienced such awful customer service as I did at this Bachman's. I went to this location to get a flower arrangement for my coworker when she came back from maternity leave because my usual florist is closed on Sundays. After trying and failing to find an associate to ask for help, I approached the florist counter. The woman was looking down and working with a bouquet, which she finished (took about 2 minutes) before looking up at me, pointedly, as if to say, "What do YOU want?" I asked her if she would help me arrange a bouquet for my coworker, and she huffed and asked what kind of flowers she liked. "I don't know," I said, "but I'm looking for something colorful and bright to welcome her back." The woman looked at me like I had something disgusting on my face, but she huffed around plucking flowers from bins and putting them together in her hand. She asked what colors my coworker liked, and again I said, "I don't know, but I think anything bright will be fine." She literally stopped, looked at me with her hand on her hip, then threw her head back and laughed at me to show just how ridiculous she thought I was. I told her I would pick them out myself, to which she replied, "I will put them together for you and tie them up for $10." I just walked away from her, picked out the flowers on my own, and completely ignored her for the rest of my visit -- and she did the same. I left the store wondering how on Earth a woman like that interacts with people for a living, and vowing never to return to this Bachman's.

Every time I go there I get great service and the selection is amazing. They have everything from floral arrangements to plants and even a cool assortment of home decor and jewelry. Love this place. Ignore the bad reviews and check this place out.
