So much fun! Each participant must bring or buy ($3 per pair) gripper socks. No regular socks. Expensive, but the kids keep so busy and have a great time running, jumping, climbing, hopping, and more, that we consider it worth the money.
Send Mom to Costco next door and Dad can watch the kids at AZ Air Time with the whole family!

This place was great for my 8 year old's birthday party. Our host was Deonte and he was phenomenal! He was attentive, friendly and patient with the children, lit our candles, cut our cake and made sure everything was perfect the entire time. The facility is clean, safe and the kids had a lot of fun. The only thing that would make this a 5 star would be more activities. They have 2 dodgeball courts, a foam block pit, small jumping castle, 2 trampoline areas and a rock climbing wall, but for the amount of space they have, I felt they could have more of a variety of activities.

Could be better if they had things to climb up on and then jump down off of and different sizes and shapes of trampolines also could be better if they had a frequent flyer type of membership for a discount otherwise we always have great fun there and love cheer jump around and listen to the music and play the games and also a great place for a birthday party for kids.

Tons of fun! My kids love to come here when we have family with small cousins in town. So many different jumping pads for them and it's a great work out for me. The like the foam pit and there's even a rock wall and a climbing structure.

Been taking the kids since opening day. They love it!! Staff are friendly and fun. The only negative thing I've experienced are the helicopter parents. Let your child have fun. Getting hit in the face with a foam dodgeball isn't going to kill or permanently maim your child.

The trampolines and foam pit are great for the kids. Rock climbing and ninga course are better for teens. The only improvement is more staff at the Rock climb instead of standing around talking.

Fun for all ages. $25 gets you 2 hours of life threatening non-stop entertainment

Fun place for kids and adults alike. We hosted a birthday party here and the hostess was very helpful. Everything went off without a hitch. All the attendees enjoyed the experience.

Took my two year old here to jump and burn off some excess energy. He had a fantastic time, and made a few friends his own age. Staff were super nice, and we will definitely be back.

The snack bar staff was phenomenal! They went above and beyond to make sure our huge party of 20+ were taken care of. Have to give it up to the staff on the floor too. These young people really know how to manage a bunch of highly energized kids while keeping it fun for them at the same time. -Cheers AZ Air Time

Great place for the kids to burn off energy when it's 113 outside. They always have specials running if you check online. My complaints are, the place is in need of a face-lift and they seem to only employ teenagers. They are very friendly they just don't pay attention and tend to let things slide.

Awesome place, lots to do, trampoline park, trampoline dodge ball, foam pit, massage chairs for adults, arcade games, snack bar, little kids jumping area, rock wall, etc. etc. Only downfall is that it's pretty pricey though, for one 11 year old, one 9 year old and one 2 year old, it was $46 for ONE hour of jumping.

Nice and fun, responsive management.
A times, the dodge ball are is to crowded and ages are all together. I will sugest posting max amount of players at one time, keep an eye on the little ones, and divide groups when to many strong grown ups are in the mix with little ones.

The kids have a blast when ever they go. If booking a birthday party, I suggest the 1030am Sunday time slot. It is not very busy, so the kids get to do all the activities without waiting in a long line. Some of the claw machines kept eating our coins, so be warned. The staff was nice and helpful.

Great service and affordable rate. The foot traffic was low which made it great for me and my 4yr old son. It was a little warm but we're there to jump and have fun so I don't think it was that bad.

Went for a birthday party and it was great, they get there pizza from Costco and it was yummy yummy food

Such a great physical activity for the kids and parents. We went on a Twofer Tuesday. 2 hours for the price of one.

Kids had fun but not much enforcement of older kids staying out of where the little kids are. I was a little concerned with the safety of my 2 year old.

The upstairs room was miserable. It was hotter up there than it was outside.

This is my favorite place to bring my friends and have fun. Some staff are rude there and the admission is a bit too much.

Only take my kids if I can hey a Groupon. Not very clean, food is expensive.

This place is ran by high school kids. They let they're friends bully other kids and when asked to do something about it they just laugh it off. I am so incredibly disappointed in this place., And will steer every friend or family member away from it!!!

They had one of the Dodge ball courts blocked off and construction going on but it was a blast and can't wait to go back

We had my daughters birthday party here and they had a blast! Employees all were very friendly and helpful. I woulda given 5 stars but it was extremely warm in there and there was a lot of mixups with our reservations but they were able to fix after showing up.

I definitely will not be coming back. There was not enough staff to keep areas safe. My kids asked to leave early, they did not feel Safe.

The staff are all AWESOME!!!!! My son is autistic and doesn't understand waiting or being too small for something, the whole staff there was wonderful on working with him and allowing him to try it all! We will go back at least once a month!

Don't waste the extra money. I purchased The Triple treat for my son's birthday and was very upset with what I got. WHAT A WASTE OF $$$$$
They say you get a private room upstairs and instead I got a DARK & DINGY NON-AIR CONDITIONED room. They even had the nerve to put portable A/C units upstairs that were just circulating the sweaty air from inside into our party room.
I felt so bad for everyone jumping around and getting all sweaty and then coming upstairs to an extremely hot room.
I wish I didn't pay in full prior to the party because I would have refused to make the full payment.
Your paying for more and yet you get thrown into the crappy room.
Don't order the Triple Treat Package!!!!!!

Kids had a BLAST...my 14 month old had a BLAST. It was her 1st time jumping!!!!

My family had been attending a birthday party for one of my daughter's friends. It looked like so much fun that the rest of us decided to stay. Everyone had such a blast that we will be coming back for some more air time later.

Pretty fun, it's an awesome place to have fun with your kids. It's a bit small in my opinion but the fun is endless there.

This place is just okay to get the kids out of the house. It is expensive in my opinion but a business is a business. The should consider other things to do in such a big space.

Out of all the places I have been to for birthday parties this was the most fun! My son told me it is the place he wants his next party.

Not much supervision from ref's. Teenagers are allowed to break rules. Not made to be gentle when young kids are in with them. Nobody makes kids take turns.
