Stay away from this company! Once you signed up they won't let you cancel you. I have been trying to contact them to cancel my service. but no response and kept charging my credit card. It's a joke. I need to contact my credit card company and compile evidence and report them to BBB.

This phone system is great. The set-up is very quick and efficient, and customer service (Matt in particular) is incredibly responsive and helpful! He helped me through the process and ensured the end result was what I wanted. Thank you!!

Rude customer service. My intention was to buy a number that i can display on my website. My website is currently being made. The agent said, we need an active website to be able to give you a number. They did not even let me inquire anything more. I sent the one that i had in development which I shared. But they disconnected the chat 2 times. Different customer service agents.. I am going for another service. GOOD BYE AVOXI

The experience has been very positive. The initial online account setup was simple and quick, followed by a phone call from their Account Exec. Matt, who patiently answered all my questions and provided me with great advice/info regarding what option would work best for my business. They have also been very quick and efficient with responding to further follow-ups. Thanks guys!

My sales rep, Nathan, was very patient and thorough while explaining the porting process to me. The process overall was very smooth and the additional software subscription I purchased has worked well so far. I've had no issues with call quality, which was a big problem with my last VoIP provider, and we are saving quite a bit on the phone numbers we transferred to AVOXI's service.

This company provides an excellent service, and the staff are very helpful when answering your questions. They are polite and do everything they can to make you feel that they will be their for you, and from my experience they are true to their word. Thank-You !

We re using AVOXI Genius for our small customer support team. It comes with everything we needed and is much more affordable than other contact center plans we were looking at. Great experience overall looking forward to using it for years to come!

Ported our numbers a week early rather than releasing and keeping functional until our cut over date. Typically when a port is initiated, the number is released and then picked up from another vendor pending final port request. None of our other vendors holding our 800 numbers had this issue in understanding standard protocol. We didn't have to hold their hand or instruct them.

The account manager we had does not understand this process. We were able to forward the numbers they ported prematurely to a back up number we had on a separate vendor that DID follow the correct protocol (that number is set to be ported as well, they received the same exact port request)

Setting up a new business number was quick. Call quality seemed very good and their rates were lower than what I was currently paying, so after a month I transferred my other business phone numbers to them and so far no problems. My rep Neil has been very responsive and helpful anytime I ve had a question.
