My sales rep, Nathan, was very patient and thorough while explaining the porting process to me. The process overall was very smooth and the additional software subscription I purchased has worked well so far. I've had no issues with call quality, which was a big problem with my last VoIP provider, and we are saving quite a bit on the phone numbers we transferred to AVOXI's service.
