Four days ago I complained about debit orders running before the agreed date,and now my acc was debited again this morning....This is so UNPROFESSIONAL....I am mos definitely cancelling my insurance,A&G failed me BIG TIME...

I rate you guys ZERO YOU TAKE OUR MONEY BUT WHEN WE NEED YOUR HELP U CANT HELP US THAT IS Y WE STOP YOUR DEBIT INTO OUR ACCOUNT AND CHANGE TO ANOTHER INSURANCE , TELLING US THE CASE WAS CLOSE REALLY.

Great environment to be around not to mention how great thier services are, thier multicultural environment was awesome to experience, I loved how chilled & amicable thier staff are, must be a great company to work for. Thank you very much guys for the great service I got from you.

I have made a claim several weeks ago n made countless follow ups just to be told they will give m a call. Up to this day, nothing has happened. I so regret joining Auto N General. Very unprofessional. I will definitely cancel my policy with them n spread the word to pple to never ever make a mistake of joining this company

If I can rate this insurance company, a non star would be suffice..I've had a really bad experience with their services and claims. Claims takes too long or are non existent.

I have had worst service so far. lodged claims on 23 September 2019. Still waiting. Their internal dispute resolution a farse. They hide behind the wear and tear clause even for natural damage. For my second claim lodge on same day I am still awaiting repairs. Very bad service. Do not join them. Will do you in.

This is probably the coolest looking company on the planet , such a pleasure to work here

Made a claim for an item in my home that stopped working no one has since contacted me I am utterly disgusted at the lack of communication as well as the fact that I was told I would be contacted and emailed non of which has happened and iv had to follow up only leading me to more frustration. When I asked to be emailed with my policy terms and conditions which was supposed to be sent to me when I opened the policy I was promised that with in 2 to 24 hours I would have it I still don t.

Am I paying salaries or paying to have cover over my house hold items.

Security is good and the staff are extremely helpful.

I rate them less than zero actually. I am overseas and I have been emailing them over and over as I cannot call and no one bothers to answer my questions even though they are emailing me soon after for other things. It seems like they do not care or bother about customers especially those who would like to cancel their insurance policy. Really terrible

Will have to go to another panel shop to get service and get back to you about the repair cost seeing as I don't get any response from auto and General and automatic

We have a business insurance with them . We had a third party claim that our driver bumped with someone and then we put in the claim on the 21st of December 2018. The person who has been dealing with our claim is Tumo Sehlabo wow what a lousy services that we have got with her manager Mandy . In order for us to get the feedbacks you must be constantly phoning them and he doesn't even respond to the emails .They make the promises that they don't keep from December till today we are getting the answer after the call that the claim was not successful. Previously we had excellent services from the other consultants whether they have changed from good to bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
