Hopeless management and communication. They never ring you about your order and take ages to find it on their computer when you ring. 3 times I have been told they will ring back with answers about delivery but they never do. Would cancel my order if it wasn't paid for. Shop elsewhere! Still no news about the $1000 rowing machine when paid for a fortnight ago.

These guys are awesome, ordered a power cage last Wednesday and it arrived on Friday!! Bought the Commando and highly recommend it s tough as.

THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.

I ordered a rowing machine on Sep 10 and didn't get it until Sep 26 - this would be fine it it was advertised this way.

The item was listed as in stock on their website and said it ships within 2-4 days - I live 2 hours from their store so there is no way that it should have taken 16 days.

I called Aussie Fitness after 10 days to question the whereabouts of my product as my account said the items tracking was not yet available (not dispatched). The guy on the phone said "aw yeah mate their out of stock, we're transferring them from our other warehouse". I was told it would be dispatched the following day.

A couple of days later - not dispatched. I called again to ask what was going on - this time they're apparently held up in customs! I asked for an ETA at their warehouse and they had no idea. I got a half arsed email that was full of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors from their "manager" basically stating what I already knew.

Another couple of days later the item finally dispatched and I now have the product. I highly recommend the Waterrower brand - just not from Aussie Fitness.

The item was also listed as Free Delivery and they charged me $43.95 freight. I queried this and they said it's because I financed it and I should take it up with VISA - Sorry What?

Avoid these guys like the plague.

What an absolutely fantastic company. My first few experiences were honestly not great, had a few issues with out of stock and slightly damaged items, but the way the customer service team handled my issues and their future service and products has been nothing short of exceptional. They were exceptionally prompt with responses, offered replacement items and since those first few times I cannot fault them. Every company makes mistakes but the ownership and resolution they provided means I will be a lifelong customer. Can't recommend them highly enough

3.5 weeks to ship two kettle bells. If they are not in stock don't take my money. Simple. If you are shipping it from WA to QLD then too somebody in NSW, a polite email explaining the delay is all it takes to offer a professional service to your clients. Then when I emailed you chasing it yet again you said you had moved warehouses and doing stocktake. Get your stories straight. Piss poor effort.

Bought a boxing bag, gloves and focus pads from the Sunshine Coast store. Impressive selection and the assistant was helpful. I would recommend.

Best company I've dealt with. Pricing is on point and range is extensive. The orders I've made have been delivered on time and in good order. Highly recommend.

Great product, fast delivery, well priced can t complain

Got the product I wanted at a fair price, but the overall experience could have been better. There was confusion over whether it was in stock or not. As it was not in stock, there was confusion over when it would be in stock. When it came in stock it was shipped promptly. The chosen shipper was very hard to deal with. Aussie Fitness did intervene with the shipper to sort things out. I would say, call them to make sure something is in stock even if the website says it is and talk to them about how they propose shipping.

The showroom is amazing. These guys have EVERYTHING! If you need something for crossfit, weight lifting, nutrition anything it is all here. So glad I found this place no need looking around just go here - they'll have it.

[John Allen] This place is definitely a go-to for Queenslanders/Sunshine Coasters. They have offices in Brisbane and a Showroom in Maroochydore. Staff are super pleasant in person, over email, and over the phone. Cheapest place for kettlebells, barbells, bumper plates, same or better than Southside Fitness. Second cheapest place for slam balls, beaten only by Lifespan Fitness. Don't sell Prone Bench Rows. Cheap delivery and super cheap express delivery. Give great discounts for bulk spenders. Products are quality.

These Guys sell top Quality Commercial Equipment at prices you should be more than happy about.
Aside from that; Aussie Fitness have the loveliest Customer Service People, who went well out of their way to assure my Order was Correct.
I live Interstate and my Orders arrived in 2-3 days
I could not hope for a more wonderful Customer Experience.

We ordered a home power cage set up as well as plate weights and an Olympic bar. The team in store were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Once everything was delivered, we had a slight issue with the cage. The team were quick to respond and came out (to Brisbane) in a very reasonable time frame to get it sorted and to make sure we were happy. Couldn't be happier with their service.

The worst buying experience I've ever had. Item lost in post for 10days, with little help from this company. I had to liase with delivery company. In the end this company started to talk to me only when I cancelled my order through Visa. To little to late. One employee implied that I was being dishonest because a phone number was incorrect. I will never deal with this company again.

Above average customer service. The process of buying a treadmill was made very easy. The store had an extensive range and I was able to buy a unit that felt comfortable at the right price. Delivery was quick and well communicated.

Great products but service is below par, certain employees seem disgruntled and confused with what's going on. When my purchased product hadn't arrived within the quoted time frame I enquired about its whereabouts to be asked by the sales staff online " What's the hurry?" I was then told I would receive a follow up email with tracking details which they never sent. The product is great, and the delivery driver was really nice so maybe I just got someone on a bad day.

Ordered a Olympic weight tree and a medicine ball rack on a Sunday night. Didn t hear anything from them for four days so I called them on Thursday afternoon to see if it had been disbatched. The guy I spoke to said that they were having I.T issues at the start of the week and that this was the reason for the delay. He then told me that it would be delivered by his own delivery guys the following day, Friday. Didn t turn up on Friday so I called them on Saturday morning. Spoke to another guy who told me that it was now at the thier warehouse in Maroochydore and would likely be delivered Monday or Tuesday. Received a tracking email from courier Monday for delivery Tuesday. That s a 9 day turn around which wouldn t have been so bad if I was just told the truth from the start. I am happy with the products though.
