Hi,
Total waste of time. The person has failed to provide the quote. I am not sure if 1 star do the justification. May be half to just show up after making 3 different appointment times. It took just 5 weeks to get the quote out of the person. we can not able to finish our project on time just because so much time was wasted in chasing. you have to text him and call him few times before even you get a reply.

We could not recommend Empire Landscapes enough. We had our patio laid and couldn't be happier with the results and the quotation, booking and the work was all completed so quickly. We weren't 100% sure what we wanted and they helped us work it all out and make it perfect. Everyone is so friendly and we have already been in touch again about getting artificial grass in the future!

The team from Empire carried out a full 're-landscaping' project on my back garden. They turned an overgrown, out of control garden into a functional, modern space complete with decking, patio, planter, lights and a slate bespoke water feature. I am very pleased and I regularly receive positive comments on the result from visitors! Ryan is extremely busy but he always achieves anything he promises.

Empire Landscapes did a fantastic job of installing our new patio and new pergola, replacing the old rotten one but keeping all of the rambling rose and clematis in tact. Ryan, Harry and Dan were really lovely to work with and we are delighted with the results.

We had our patio fitted last summer and we had issues with loose slabs and queries regarding the quality of the stone. It took a lot of effort to get them to come back to look at the problems. Eventually they came back to fix the loose slab More

The work was completed with the absolute minimum of mess or disruption. A great team and a great firm.

I highly recommend Empire Landscapes and I would give them more stars if i could! They have totally transformed my front and back gardens from a jungle to a beautiful extension of my house. Ryan, Tom, Dan and Harry make up this polite, hardworking and tidy team. Work commencement dates were given in advance and kept to. They were respectful of neighbours, not commencing noisy machinery before the permitted times. Contact to and from Ryan wasn't a problem, he was always at then end of the phone or email. Nothing was too much trouble. They are an honest team, I left them door keys when I went to work. They all went above and beyond to assist in making my gardens look fantastic and a place to now enjoy with friends and family.

The guys did a fantastic job on my front garden - they got rid of the old turf and bushes and put in raised flower beds and gravel. They were friendly and professional, and the final result looks even better than I expected. Am getting them back to do my back garden.

Just had a new patio laid. Really happy with it, looks great, worked quickly and tidy and was always friendly. Also repaired my fence and put in a few more patio slabs f.o.c which they didn t have to do. Would recommend to anyone who wants good quality work.
