Atomic Frog Studios

Zach was my artist and I love my tattoo; however, I had made an appointment and paid a deposit and when I arrived at the shop he had just started 2 walk-ins because they overlooked who my appointment was with. The front desk apologized and said it wouldn t take long, so I waited, but an hour past my appt. time and my tattoo still wasn t started. It was an hour and half past my appointment before my tattoo was started.

Just got a great piece of art by Kurt. Love this place! Thanks sooo much guys!

I had an awesome experience! I love my tattoo:) I would highly recommend Chris!

Been in a few times now and absolutely love this place! All the pieces are custom work so none of that FLASH art that 5 other people on the beach are gonna have and the artists are super awesome! Prices are very good for this area (remember you ARE ON THE BEACH), better than what I d found elsewhere. And to top it all off the place is SUPER clean and that s a huge deal for a tattoo studio. Will definitely be back again and again

Went to atomic frog for my son and daughter to get their tattoos done. Outstanding atmosphere and awesome people. Went above and beyond to make their experience one to remember. The most reasonable pricing around. We will be back!!

I had an awesome experience!! Everything was clean and all of the artists are extremely friendly. I LOVE my art. Cody did an awesome job with what I asked for. I will definitely be coming back for my next one!

Went to the atomic frog for my first tattoo. The artists were great and very friendly. They did such a great job I ended up getting 2! They are amazing and I completely recommend them to anyone!

Cody does amazing work very light handed an just an awesome guy n awesome shop in general!!!!!

The moment I walked through the door I was greeted by a very kind and courteous staff. I did not have an appointment but every effort was made to fit me in. I was assigned Richie. Richie took my tattoo idea and spun his magic to create an awesome design. The end product was I got a tattoo that far surpasses my expectations. Richie provided great conversation as well as walking me what he was doing with the tattoo at the time. I would definitely recommend Atomic Frog Tattoo to anyone. Thanks again to Richie for the meticulously crafted tattoo.

Great for walk ins. I couldn t really describe what I wanted they drew it up and made it better than what I could imagine. Pricier than others but for the work it s good. Reccomsnd over any other shop.

Zach has done several pieces for me. Not only is he a hellova artist but he s easy to work with and great at drawing up you re ideas! Definitely be getn some more work done! Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff, Brent did an excellent job with my piercing!

Great clean shop. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home. My friend was getting his first and I was getting mine in a sensitive area. Inner bicep. They make it a great experience for both of us. Would go back 1000X.

Highly recommend this place. This was my first tattoo and I was kinda nervous. But the place was clean and the environment was welcoming (which is relieving). Aaron did a great job on my tat and making my first experience a good one!!

This place was very clean and professional. Made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in and took the time to help us and answer all our questions. This was my 3rd but my mom's first. Great experience for us both. Again thanks guys for everything

A fantastic tattoo shop with the highest of quality of service and amazing artist! This place is the the type of place you go to when you wanna get tattoo and have a great time at a great price! Let my girl Rachel know she s running a hell of a place!

I got a tattoo here and it was extremely sanitary and everyone who helped me was incredibly kind. I love how my tattoo came out. They also gave my friend a nose piercing after they had already closed which was so nice of them.

John boy was a great tattooist and the workers were cool and nice. My girlfriend got one and her sister got one also. Heather did theirs. They were very polite and professional about there job great work on the bull John boy it looks sick! This was our first tattoo great experience.

I got a tattoo from John boy and couldn t be more happier with it. The quality and service was amazing and I will definitely be coming back!!!!

The shop is Super clean & really professional. Great work. I was tattooed by tommy and I LOVE my tattoo. SO GOOD.

Almost a year ago, I came into the shop wanting a simple under-boob piece. It was two words, 3 letter each. Not complicated. I had chosen the shop based on its good reviews and felt confident in my pick. I consulted with an artist (I don t remember his name) about what I wanted, and showed him my references. I thought he could do it, and I was excited to have this piece. My first red flag should ve been when he said we tattoo really fast here. This wasn t my first tattoo and I should ve questioned it, but I didn t. He put the stencil on, and began working. About 7-8 minutes later he was finished. I got up to look into the mirror and immediately realized something was wrong. Some of the lines were thicker than others, there was a weird dip in one of the letters, it just didn t look how I pictured. I didn t say anything then, I wanted to give it time to heal and settle with my body. That s when it got worse. Fast forward to now, the tattoo is COMPLETELY blown out. Its wonky, and jagged. I understand that other people have had good experiences here, I just feel like my artist didn t take good care of me, and maybe didn t have my best interests and desires at heart. All he saw was a 120$. It s now my least favorite Tattoo and I hate having to look at it everyday. I hate my partner seeing it, or anyone seeing it at all. I m not bagging the shop all together. Everyone was nice, my tattoo is just a nightmare.

Chris did an excellent job! Everyone was very friendly, clean shop as well. John Boy did an excellent job for my wife's tattoo as well! I'f ever in town, we will return!!

Great environment & great people! Cody did an amazing job all the way around!

Best all around artists family oriented ,like home !

Amazing shop. Great work. Awesome people. Highly recommend! Chris, Brent and Xander will hook you up! Get tatted by the best in Florida. Family friendly which was a huge plus to see. Love it!

Very professional!! I'll be back to see Chris the next time I'm in Destin

I was in Florida on vacation fro Oklahoma and decided to get a new tattoo. I did some research and found Atomic Frog at the top of the list. I arrived around 8:30pm on a Saturday night and this is what I found.
Very clean establishment. They were all very friendly and helpful with suggestions. I got an awesome tat for a great price and I will be traveling back to get another one with my daughter. Thanks again Diamond Dave for the awesome tat!!

Everyone was super awesome here. I walked in wanting my daughters name in a font I liked and got exactly what I wanted. Elliott is good at what he does, it was done precisely and he went over his white spots that he saw, said if there was any he didn't see to come back in. I really love it and super glad I went and checked this place out.

I live in Michigan and have been wanting to get a tattoo in memory of my uncle who had passed away almost a year ago. While vacationing in Florida my family and I decided to look around at different places but we were VERY impressed while looking at Atomic Frog. I made my appointment and was tattooed by Brian. He was very professional yet made me feel at ease while getting my tattoo. Everyone there was very professional yet extremely friendly and welcoming. Not to mention they are very clean and sterile. After getting my tattoo done, we were all so impressed that my mom and dad decided to get tattooed while we were there as well. We plan on coming back to Florida in a few months and going back to Atomic Frog to get tattooed again! Absolutely everything you could hope to find at a tattoo shop and more!!

That damned ol' Xander is badass. Glad I decided to get one!! Love this place. Recommend to everyone!
Thanks guys! You're awesome.

So this place is where I got my first tattoo and it was from the artist Chris and he was really awesome and was very helpful with the idea of my tattoo and was an amazing atmosphere!!!!

Aaron done my work there, and I have to say he done an absolute amazing job. It was my first tattoo, but I've had a ton of compliments on it already. He's a truly amazing artist. The owner there also done one for my wife. He was exceptioning great too! Real quality work done at this shop for sure! Thanks guys!

Came for an anniversary trip, decided I wanted a tattoo and reviews led me to Atomic Frog. Cody was absolutely awesome and gave me exactly what I asked for! Could not be happier!

Went to get a simple tattoo & Chris did an amazing job!! I absolutely love it!! Thanks for doing such a great job!!!

Great experience from when we walked in to the end!!! They gave us great prices. Cody was very friendly and lots of laughs!!! We will definitely come back in the future when we are in town. Thanks Atomic Frog Tattoo!!!!
- Morgan & Brandon

They were amazing! Both of the artists we had were very talented and patient and talked to us through out the tattoos. They were very busy but were sure to get to all of us and made us feel important. Definitely the best place in Destin!

Myself and about 15 people walked in around 9 o clock all looking for some tats. Expected to be treated with annoyance and disgust because of the largeness is the group, couldn t be more happy with the experience. The staff, the artists, the couch s, chairs, etc. we talked and chatted with the workers and spent about 3 hours and had a great time. The perfect way to do business

From the time I walked in the shop I was politely greeted by everyone in the shop. I could tell it was an extremely clean place. Diamond Dave pierced my nose last week while I was on vacation. He was incredibly funny and helped put my mind at ease when I was a little nervous. He made sure I knew everything that was about to happen and made sure I knew how to take care of it after I left. Later in the week I brought my daughter in to get a henna tattoo and it was a fabulous experience as well and it turned out beautifully. Highly recommend this place!!

Visited the shop twice, and both times the crew where extremely helpful and nice, diamond Dave did my tattoo both times and did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend this shop to others and will return for more :)

Great experience! Cody did excellent work and was super nice!!

Great people, friendly atmosphere with amazing and talented artists! We walked in on a whim and I was lucky enough to get Cody Hartzell. He and his wife are so funny and my tattoo is phenomenal!

We are the BEST, Hands down the best Art, the best prices, and the BEST ATTITUDES!!!

While vacationing in destin, my boyfriend and I wanted to get tattoos so after reading reviews we stopped here to schedule an appointment for our last day in FL. Unfortunately they weren t going to be open on Labor Day so we ended up not getting them here, BUT I wanted to leave 5 starts just because of how awesome the staff was here!! They were beyond friendly and helpful. They spent time talking about the tattoos we we re going to get and then directed us where we could go to get them done. The shop looked great and you could tell it was just an over all good environment. They all have beautiful work as well.

My wife and I were on vacation for a day in destin and decided to get tattoos last minute. I got a beach bicycle and she got a large collage of flowers. We had the lead artist, Tommy, tattoo both of us. His line work is top notch! Every little detail of our tattoos were captured exactly as we wanted! Dave was there as well and he welcomed us and made us feel absolutely comfortable throughout it all. I would 100% recommend this shop to anybody!!

Clean. Great staff. Set up an appointment for a Saturday and they got us in on Wed because the weather messed up our plans for the day. Extremely pleased with my new tats. Next ones I get will be here as well.

Awesome place and great artist!! I highly recommend this business for people seeking some fresh ink

Went the other day and had Cody as my artist he is a great guy and did a great job. 10/10 would use again.

The canvas for my piece was not the best. It has 27 years of psoriasis, and the stencil kept smearing so most of the line work is free handed. Brent did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable knowing it was my first tattoo. (And since More

Amazing shop! Very unique! I got a piece by diamond Dave who is not only lighthanded, but has mad talent with new school color! Otherwise awesome people, great clean, family friendly studio and some badass ink!!!!

LOVE this place! Very friendly & funny! Fast service & best price here in Destin! Cody did an amazing job! Thank you guys!

Visiting Destin for spring break and wanted tk get another pc done. Great group of people and easy to work with. Will definitely come back again

Diamond Dave is the absolute best we came all the way from mobile Alabama for his art work his color shading and lines are outstanding most definitely will be getting more ink done at Atomic Frog

Desmond changed out my cartilage earring and it was painless!

Decided to get my first tattoo on vacation, came here and the staff was amazing for starters! Made sure I was comfortable since I was worried. The tattoo I got itself is just awesome, the artist, Chris, did such a good job!

Got a tattoo of a black rose by Chris in my vacation. He worked with me to get the design and placement perfect. I couldn't be happier!! Very talented artist.

I flew in from TN on Tuesday. Before checking into our condo, I stopped by the shop and met Zach. I made an appointment, explained I wanted a coverup tattoo, I wanted an octopus, gave him a couple of ideas and asked him to customize something and I gave him free reign on the color. I came back on Saturday and he spent 6 hours working his magic (and secretly enjoying my torture) but the finished product is so worth it. Thank you Zach!!!!

These guys are hands down the best in Destin. Tommy did my tattoo and I've received nothing but compliments on it since. I plan on getting him to tattoo me every time I visit destin. Shop is nice and super clean. Everyone there was awesome!

I've been to three different shops for my tattoos, and this shop is the best! It's a really chill place, and everyone there is friendly! I've gotten four tattoos there and they're all amazing!

Xander was fantastic. It was my first tattoo and I'm a big baby but he kept me at ease. Love it!!

Awesome shop - the artists are top notch. Elliott - you rock! Thanks for your great work. Come by and check out the art by David and his team, you won't regret it.

Great place to get a tattoo. The guys and gal at Atomic frog are very professional and kind. Tommy Smith did my daughter's first tat last night and did an awesome job on it. Then my husband wanted another one and they stayed open late to get it done. They have a very clean place there. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean place that does great work. Thanks guys

This place is awesome! The whole team was very polite and professional. I was able to work with Richie who I would highly recommend!! He took a lot of time to go over the design I picked and put a lot of effort into turning it into a amazing piece of art. Hopefully returning for my next piece soon!

Pretty good place! I was a walk in and they got to me ASAP. They were professional and very kind. I didn t mind spending the $50, it was worth the price. Just definitely do your own research and ask questions!

Chris did my tattoo and did a wonderful job! It was my first and he calmed all my nerves and talked to me and was so friendly. Best experience I could imagine!

I visited this shop while on vacation in Destin. Husband and wife owned business. Everyone was very friendly and professional. If your in Destin and want a Tattoo, I recommend this place. Thanks to Cassandra and David!

Best tattoo shop in the Destin area hands down!!! Good prices and great work. If your in Destin on vacation I recommend this shop. Clean and sanitary place. You will get quality work and a nice friendly staff. I will definitely be going back for more ink. The owner gave me a bad ass cover up. You will not leave there unhappy I
promise.

Awesome! So glad I came here. David went above and beyond what I showed him and made it look amazing! Highly recommend to all!!

Me and my wife decided to get each other s initials on our ring finger while in Destin. Cody did an awesome job, I d recommend him to anybody that wants some work done. He was very clean and professional. If I ever get another tattoo in Destin, it will be here for sure.

This was the most professional and business friendly atmosphere tht I have experienced in a long time! !! These guys are great, and they will design the tattoo to your satisfaction! !! I live in Tn, and if I decide to get anymore tats I will travel back to AtomicFrogTattoo's!!!

Everyone here is so amazing!! They all do such amazing work!

Amazing.. great customer service and quick. Definitely go here!!

My sister and I stopped in last night before my family headed back to Kentucky. Chris did THE most AMAZING job on a watercolor sea turtle for me. Very clean and everyone there was so nice and genuine. If I'm ever back in Destin I will definitely be making a stop back in to their shop!

I am from Illinois and was on vacation with friends, we decided we wanted tattoos and found Atomic Frog. I was so nervous and Cody my tattoo artist made the experience relaxing and enjoyable! I love my tattoo and recommend him!!!

I'm from Buffalo visiting my brother. Decided I wanted another tat. I was a walkin customer. They set me up with John Boy great guy I gave him my idea and he took it from there. Very happy with his work awesome job. The owner and employees treated me like family. Would highly recommend them. Thanks again John and Dave.

Just got a tattoo here, me and 3 friends. I had Cody and so did 1 friend and he was both kind AND did a fantastic job. Zach did my boyfriend's tattoo and again, it looked fantastic and he was very personable. Ed did the 4th friend's tattoo. He was a little more on the quiet side but he did a very good job and smiled almost the whole time. Overall a great experience.

Awesome shop and friendly staff. Chris was my artist and he was very professional and great conversationalist!

We were in Destin on vacation and decided to let my daughter get her ear pierced last min.. checked out reviews on google and gave them a call, they were very nice and helpful on the phone! When we got there they were so awesome with my nervous 15 yr old.. Josh (I think that was his name) was very professional and helped her feel comfortable! Would recommend them to anyone! Awesome place! Thanks guys!

Very friendly amazing artist also very clean will definitely keeping coming back great prices as well would recommended for any locals or visitors definitely a must stop in and check out

Had my first tattoo done here. Excellent work and super nice artists. I highly recommend this place. Zander (or Xander, not sure how he spells it) did mine and it was less expensive than expected.

Loved this place!!! Cody did amazing work on my foot! Turned out way better than I even imagined! He really took his time to make sure I was happy with it! Can t wait to go back and get another piece by him!

Me and My Ho (pet name for My BFF) just got our 2nd identical tattoos in 14 years! Chris did a great job and made us feel like family! This one may be the death of a marriage, but was well worth It!

My first tattoo experience was an easy one. He made me feel very comfortable and explained the whole process. Thanks so much!

Zach the person to see here. I have him a very vague idea of what I wanted and he created my favorite tattoo I have. Go see him !

The work they do here speaks for itself. Matt did my snake and dagger, it couldn't be done any better. I won't go to any other shop ever. Atomic frog is the best around no doubt.

We were in Destin for vacation/a wedding and decided we wanted to get tattoos. They were all super friendly and professional. Cody did my tattoo and it was a fantastic experience. He made it super fun and did great work!! If I lived here I d come here for all my tattoos!

Ritchie did a cover up for me and it was fantastic! My hubby had an old tattoo that looked terrible. He touched it up and added color for a brand new tattoo. This was my 6th tattoo and by far the best tattoo artist I've had. I would highly recommend Atomic Frog. Pictures have been added.

my husband had such a great experience. hid tattoo came out so amazing if anyone needs a tattoo they should goto him and his shop.

Well organized, clean and professional work. It was my daughter's first tattoo experience and Dragone Dong was great. Highly recommend using them.

While on vacation, I decided to go with my wife and get my first tattoo for my son. I walked in, immediately was welcomed, and met my tattoo artist immediately, Johnboy. He asked what I wanted, sat down, and sketched it out in less than ten minutes. Satisfied, he prepped everything, called us back, and within the next 35 minutes he was completely done with the product. The entire time he kept engaged in conversation, and was very conscientious about explaining everything needed for a first timer.

Overall, I had a great experience and am very happy with the finished product! Thanks, Johnboy!

Stopped in and got a tattoo from Brent, he did amazing. He made me feel super comfortable the entire time and he has a very light hand. I highly recommend him, I couldn t have asked for a better experience!

Unfortunately, the tattoo that my daughter got is really poor quality. The font is hard to read, one of the words has a little smear above it. And the last word in the quote is unrecognizable. She literally, has to tell people what it says. I wish I didn t have to leave a bad review.Everyone was nice and professional and it was a nice atmosphere. She has a consultation tomorrow to start the process of lazor removal.

Edit: was reached out to immediately. Very impressed with timely and thoughtful response.

Walked in Friday to get a tattoo with my girlfriend. The front desk was great and got us in quick. Heather was our artist and did a great job making sure we were comfortable and interacting with us, great parlor. Would definitely come back or recommend to any of my friends. Thanks Guys!!!

Walked in yesterday and they were able to immediately tattoo me. I believe Chris did mine and both tattoos turned out perfect. They were all also super friendly, like we had known them for years. So glad I decided to go with them! Highly recommend! Also I read some reviews complaining about babies being there but I think it is great to be so family oriented. Plus the babies were super cute...good for the owners to allow their employees to be with their children!! Love love love that!
