Not only did ASI mis-diagnose the problem with my computer as being a crashed hard drive that required replacement, not noticing that it was a malware problem that was sorted by my own antivirus software, but the price for replacing the hard drive was 50% higher than I could have got it done elsewhere. It is only thanks to me having a determination not to throw away all the information on the hard drive that protected me from their incompetence. And their strategy for dealing with customer complaints is the well known one of repeatedly saying we will get back to you, and never doing so. For your own safety, please avoid the service department.

Had to reinstall windows after a Windows Update crashed my dual boot system. Not only did they misdiagnose it as a a corrupted and faulty hard drive, they replaced my $500 Samsung NVMe hard drive custom order from lenovo (under warranty) with Toshiba stock SSD. This is supposed to be an authorised service provider for Lenovo but be very careful when making repairs here. Make sure to check the system for any hardware changes before leaving the store.

Ms. Vivian Scott from ASI has helped many of NPower students get their first job in IT. She personally and professionally care about her employees.

It's almost impossible to find a company and a manager that will provide young professional so much support! Vivian, has transformed young and lost kids into working members of society. Thank you Vivian!

Worst customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life. Recommended by Lenovo warranty services, I decided to use ASI (or Agilant Solutions) to fix a broken hinge of my laptop. After they sent my laptop to their warehouse facility, 3 weeks went by and I was forced to call ASI because I had no updates from them. They argued that they were "waiting" for replacement parts price quotes from Lenovo. Surprisingly, the day after I called they "got" those quotes. Even worse, they said that my warranty did not cover the damage and I would have to pay $800 to fix it. Of course, I wasn't going to pay to fix a brand new computer so I decided to just deal with Lenovo directly (they literally fixed my computer in 2 days AT NO COST) so when I went to pick up my laptop, I realized it was in a worst state than when I initially dropped it (see pictures attached). ASI's own employees recognized that when they received the laptop, it was in a better condition than when I went to pick it up a month later. However, when I asked Kurt Lavia, who I believe was like a manager, to take responsibility for the poor handling of my computer, he wouldn't acknowledge that they had responsibility and after 3 hours of waiting in their offices trying to get a resolution, I chose to leave given the fact that this was going nowhere. I would highly recommend avoiding using this company for any services.
