I had called Ark Remodeling for a siding estimate. They were very quick to get me a written proposal and directed me in the right direction on the type of siding to use. They did a great job, very neat and at the right price!

Ark Remodeling installed a new roof on my house. They replaced all the plywood and installed top of the line GAF architectural HDZ timberline shingles. I decided to choose ARK because they are one of the very few roofing contractors that are certified as a GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractor. The foreman at the job site was excellent. He pointed out faulty rafters and gave me options rather than ignoring the issue and continuing with the job. I found ARK to be exceptionally competent, honest and no surprises . I highly recommend them

My husband and I were quoted a price for siding our new house and gave $100 deposit. After a week or two of not hearing from the representative, Jim, we called and were told the agreed upon contract price was now thousands of dollars more. Bare in mind, no changes to the scope of work were made, they just arbitrarily changed the price.
At that point we said we would not have the work done since they did not hold to their price.
We have been trying to get our deposit back ever since. At this point Jim has just avoided phone calls or given us "the check is in the mail" routine.
I hope this review either gets me my deposit back or at the very least warns others not to use this company.

I had such a good experience with ARK remodeling and construction . It was very hard to find a reliable construction company that I could trust. I received a free in home estimate from John, he was a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. They did the siding on my house and it was done in 3 days. John checked in everyday with me at least once to make sure everything was going smooth. They cleaned up every night before they left. The job was done to perfection. They will be doing any future projects that I have for my house. I would highly recommend ARk remodeling and construction. They were responsible, friendly and on time.

In an effort to be factual I thought I would set the record straight concerning your review.
All of my correspondence was with your husband Mike from beginning to end when your $100 deposit was returned with documentation showing such.
Every phone call from Mike was answered or returned within minutes.
The scope of work discussed between us included a new front stoop and new portico posts which you ultimately did not have done with the company you used. I would need to get the approval from my office as the scope including the stoop/posts in addition to the siding may not work.
After my office reviewed the cost and remeasured your home a second time it was determined that the numbers did not work.
At that time Mike was notified. No money was exchanged and an option was discussed to do the siding only.
Mike declined and went with another option. The deposit return request was submitted. Again, EVERY phone call was responded to. I returned the deposit myself when Mike was unhappy at the time it was taking.

Couldn't be happier with the work done by Ark. Jim was a pleasure to work with and his crew were as well. Punctual, professional, clean and experts in their craft. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service by Ark when they installed our new roof few months ago and today we received the highest compliment from an insurance adjuster. We had fence damage, but he wanted to cgeck the gutters and roof. He said he's been on hundreds of roofs and he's never seen such a structurally sound roof as ours. Thank you again Ark Remodeling.
