Community level of lower staff is not so good in this company. When I visited this place a very rude language is using by gatekeeper.

I'm enjoyed my work with great enthusiastic Project Superior. He was gave me always advice for my Future. It's a good company in IT industry. But, But, But... When you leave this company nobody won't give you salary what you were getting in this company, Bitter but its true.

Visited for an interview in last year, interview cracked but due to my past experience in Purchase management and Salary issue they suggested me to go for other industry. over all experience was good with professional staff and good environment I wish to work in such organisation if i will get opportunity to serve my knowledge.

The Arcgate company is good...But there is one person named called Mr Manish he is consider himself as a HR but he actually doesn't know how to talk to a girl.I had a discussion with Manish regarding the salary but he started shouting at me.I requested him 3 to 4 times to talk politely but he says that I am the HR of Arcgate and I can shout on anybody though i have recorded the conversation in my phone.Still he continued to shout and may be he is pretending that he is the owner of the Arcgate.I dont think that HR has a right to shout on anybody.Its a backdraw for the company that they have hired such type of person as HR.The company is good but person like Manish can bring the negative impact on company.

Bad environment. Too much load given. Employee are not employee for this company only a slave. Jan to March is so hectic in these months pressure is put that we give the resign ourselves and they do not have to give you Appraisal. High salaries are required to leave that's the phenomenon of this company. I will give you this company minus marking if this option is given.so much project change happens in these months. Really frustrated.

Thus us a kpo situated at well location but they treat their employs in very bed manner. They deposit their first two month half half sallary .

If you have a habit of flattering, you can easily work by losing your self-esteem, I worked here for 4 months and due to misbehavior and heavy workload

This company has very dirty politics by All team leaders (except 1-2) and some management staff.
Only the working employee has no value. All team leaders want to slavery more than work.
And the company rule is only for the employees of their choice.

This company is perfect for girls. After leaving Arcgate, I have noticed that there is no protection for girls anywhere like this company.

Such company are star category for s place like udaipur.
