It's a student friendly organisation also offering internships to students with flexible working hours and a good stipend.

I agree once it was a good company and now One of the worst company i have come across.
Employees are made to work on CRT monitors having 2GB RAM, fully loaded with all the major applications.
Most of the reviews are fake.
Ppl has 4 years of exp and given 5 rating saying that thy hav done internship a year ago.
10+ years old company and employee strength is not even 10.
One can see the GREED of boss in filling their pockets.

Worked here as an intern, while i was doing my Engineering and it was a great learning experience. Gave me my first taste of Corporate culture, which made me look forward to working in a unit like that -which is transparent in the way they operate;
empowering to make their team members succeed in what they do, by always being there to help and guide;.
And constant give and take of feedback which shows their emphasis on learning and acting on feedback to do better and always stay on top of the learning curve.
