I just watched #Bandersnatch on #Netflix and the creative interface they give the customer to choose the story plot live is something of a future technology never seen before. It s sad I could not (Watch/play) this on #AppleTV.... I will bring this creativity to #AppleStudios if given the chance.

Great apple store. It used to be no 1 store for tourists.

Their store is great. Their campus is pretty. Their products are stellar.

The company Apple Inc with their partners and shareholders are doing this illegal business actvities unfortunately partly:

Massive Fraud, Many Breakins, Heavy Stealing, Corruption,
Mobbing, Lobbyism, Stalking, Falsification of the truth,
Involved into massive smoking and murdering,
Stealing of with getting richer within criminal laws.
The company makes revenue by having stolen my company products.
Apple makes over 80% of its revenue by having stolen my company products.

Cool to say you've been there. Not much to see, you're not allowed in unless you're an employee, or invited by one. They sell things you can only get at the Apple store here: generic souvenirs like shirts, mugs, and pens.

An exclusive and one stop shop for all Apple products... An attraction for tourists.

Unfortunately there is no visitor center, just an ordinary Apple store. The Apple building can only be seen from the outside.

The place is a little crowded. You might have to stay there for a bit.

Tiny store with a limited selection of product and no community classes, but at least you get to be in Apple s original outlet and take a pic or two!

I visited the campus during a visit to Silicon Valley. Unfortunately, without an appointment and without knowing anyone inside it is possible to see very little. For nerds and technology enthusiasts it is certainly an interesting visit. The campus is very large and divided into several buildings. The most famous is the 1 Infinite Loop. You park only in a small visitor car park opposite the Apple Store. The store sells Apple products and some souvenir gadgets like t-shirts and cups. For the rest you can't do much else except to photograph the structures from the outside.

Any Apple Fan should go once but honestly it isn't much different from a standard Apple Store. The Visitor Center only includes a Cafe and a standard Apple Store. The only thing "new" is that you can get onto the top floor for a view of the Apple campus. Worth a visit if you live close by.

It is inside the campus and friendly staff. You can buy clothes with apple logo and accessories. Not any apple products like iPad or Mac

I bought an IPhone 6 in April 2017. Lately a full charge lasts no more than 2 hours on calls... I am extremely disappointed

Cyrus was the best! The way he explained the pros and cons of different MacBook models... He could be an audiobook narrator or an award winning teacher in an alternate life! Even the way he explained where the restrooms were was very soothing. I'm serious!

This is not a good company. My son have credit card got stolen and the thief buy's an ipad gold. We call the Apple store right away and went to his bank. Apple said"do not worry about it, we just stop it and be given your money back. 2 weeks went by NO MONEY Call the Apple store after been transfer 8 time the woman said "you will just have to call your bank and let them deal with it good by". And then she hangs up. If this happen to you just go to your bank. SORRY SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!

Some of the staffs, I remember one India guy wcuse attitude are very bad and not respectful for customer. Yesterday I willing to buy a new iPhone xr, there's no staff help me when I came in, but they even help next people who came later than me, it's ridiculous! So even though yesterday I bought the new iPhone, I also didn't see any creative changed than before, also more important, is the quality of the staffs.
I think Apple need to become more creative and need to increase staff qualities, otherwise, it will become worse, their compititors are doing better than them.
Today I decided to return iPhone because yesterday experience let me uncomfortable, then guess what, the same staff, the young indian guy he told me can not return back my monkey, because I use debit card, it's really ridiculous!!! I never met that situation before, I bought devices in bestbuy, walmart, Amazon, eBay never ever happened before. If Im the boss, I will fair that staff immediately, because of him reduce company customers, reputation, etc. Finally one ohter staff help to refund my money back fortunately. Seriously, I will never use apple product forever! Also I will told my friends, people who I recognized, about my experience with Apple. There are lots of others brand products now become better than apple, also more important is that others brands sellers knows how to respect customers and how important every customer is!

I was looking for some interesting gifts that is exclusive in this location for friends. However, those shirts and cups are very bored. Not interesting at all.. Wasted my time

I was just one the phone with a Jason, senior advisor of the online store and he stated that no one could call me back in a manager level role to discuss my frustration. He said there were no guarantees that anyone would call back. That a technical issue from ordering online would be my problem to deal with now. Then hung up on me. This, naturally, is a must for any geeks and Apple followers. The parts of the place that are actually available to the general public are not as nice as expected, especially the tiny store. If you are here in San Francisco, then this is definitely something for you to check off of the list.

Great place to visit if you are in the area and you are a big Apple fan! Pick up exclusive merchandise, as well as all the normal apple products. The staff are very friendly and it's just a nice chilled out environment. I will be visiting again!

It is really cool to see, but you can only get as far as the visitor center unless you are someone special.

Infinite campus home to the iPhone and Lawson middle school. The store is big and the people are quite helpful. It is a cool place but you have to find parking in their small visitor parking lot.

Absolutely loved it here, of your on holidays or live nearby it's well worth coming around and saying Hi!

Though it may not be well known, the Apple Store at 1 Infinite Loop ("1IL") is totally accessible to the public. It's the only store in the world where you can purchase Apple apparel, which by the way is not sold online either. They have a nice selection of limited edition t-shirts that rotates frequently. Beside that, the selection is basically a smaller, curated normal Apple Store. If you hang out for a bit, you may recognize some Apple execs bopping through on occasion.

A friend got me in and we walked around for a bit. The cafe was cool, enjoyed the mango ice cream.

It would've been better if I could see some offices or department and see how people work and what they do.

The Apple Store is bright, fully staffed, has designated visitor parking, and Apple products. While they do have some 3rd party peripherals, expect to pay full price. The major benefit of coming to this campus is the dedication of the employees to product knowledge and access to the best support teams for software and hardware questions. A+ for service and the price tag to match.

NEVER PAY FOR EXPEDITED SERVICE. I ordered a product online and paid for expedited shipping. You guessed it the product didn t show up on time as promised. Apple is blaming the carrier and the carrier says Apple didn t get the product to them on time.

Always good to visit an Apple store, even more in Cupertino !!

This is a great tourist stop while in Silicon Valley! The Apple Store on location isn't anything special. But just witnessing where some of tech's major history has taken place is pretty darn cool.

Must see if you're an Apple fan!! However this is the only you will be able to see as a tourist of the Apple headquarters.

Apple store. What can I say. Very nice. All new products are there. The new iPhone is there.

I was excited to be here and I don't even use Apple. No pics on the inside and all visitors are allowed to see is the courtyard and cafeteria, which serves really good food. Loved the sushi!

If you're in Cupe you must stop by an Apple visitors center. Great merch from a great company. :-]

Apple is awesome as it is the richest company is the world with $1 trillion dollars. And it's customer service can't be compared with any company. As Apple made the first smartphone that is iPhone which had a touchscreen at that time it was a wonder.

Right at the front of Apple. Nothing special compared to other Apple store.
