Definitely not the dedicated and honest company it once was.

It is not possible to visit anything. It's Aple's retail store.

This is one of the iconic place for visitors to take pic at. They have huge parking lot and a nice store.

You go there with high expectations for the premium price you paid for the product. They so member disappoint you. They treat you with utmost respect and give the best possible service.

Love this store over the new One. You can purchase merchandise here that isn t available anywhere else (except ebay of course.)

I managed to by Apple Cup, Water Bottle, T Shirts and Pens from this store. Staff were really helpful.

Car parking is really difficult here and finding a space is very difficult.

It's all good, but please reinforce the Mac ... Apple thinks it should survive as a Mac, not as an iPhone.

Apple is the place to make sure that it's a sophisticated person.

Apple's main campus has a college campus feel with an outdoor area for sitting and meeting. Cafe Macs has excellent premium foods at a discounted price.

Every quarter or so they have a beer bash and invite a musical celebrity to play. The "quad" area turns into frisbee throwing and volleyball games.

The Apple Store has been redesigned and now primarily sells Apple devices instead of Infinite Loop only Apple apparel.

I mean they are just trying to hard at there customer store for it to be anything but ridiculous but hey what do you expect from a company that is so connected to its branding.

Nice store. Unique T-shirts and small gift items not found elsewhere. Do not confuse with Apple Park Visitors Center.

Hard is really bad on weekdays. Avoid on weekdays. God on weekends

It was amazing seeing where APPLE/Steve Jobs is /was, for so many year's.

We live in Alabama, and would never have an opportunity like this ever!

Employees were very helpful, as well as friendly.
Actually took our photo in front of the #1 That Mr. Jobs walked by everyday.

Everyone is so helpful. It is NICE to see that employees are able to express their individuality and show tattoos and colored hair! I absolutely love it

Is the nearby Apple store enough? Limited editions were not, but honestly, limited editions were something I wanted. It's a normal Apple Store, so don't expect it.

Very cool place to stop by when you are in the neighborhood. Very limited parking.

Is Ok if you're a Apple Fan, and want to say that you was there. But you can not get inside the building the only thing that you can do is go to the apple store outside the infinite loop.

Apple's iconic location and an Apple store. Outside, nothing more. Visitors are limited to the apple store. Entry into the seat is prohibited to the public. Too bad there is not develop a museum or other highlighting the brand.

This is were it all started. Worth a visit because this store sells exclusive merchandising.

You won't find any deals here. Just full price items. Parking is literally hell. Adjust your time to find parking if you're on a time schedule. They no longer sell a large assortment of Apple logo merchandise because they demolished the cool Company Store.

I absolutely loved the place when I went here after I retired from the Board of Executives at Apple. They have some very unique merchandise that you probably can t get at any other Apple store. Would highly recommend.

I expected more from this company. It was worth it for the glamor.

None of my cards are being accepted by the online store. Amex, MasterCard, visa, discover you name it. My card companies are saying that something is wrong with Apple. Apple is very unhelpful. I finally placed an order and when I came to the store they said my order was still processing and that they couldn t help me. What a shame. This is the worst company I ve ever had to deal with. I am not coming back.

Apple what a nice but my reason for is my friends to me I can't get an iPhone hut I know I can hut I don't any money yet cuz am only 15 by age so I was thinking if u would please get one for me

Apple fan paradise, otherwise a little useless place

Very confusing experience. The airpods demo was a bit of a disaster with the ear fit test and noise cancellation not working. Ended up not buying. The store also didn't have discounts that were readily available at online retailers. The folks at the store were friendly though and tried to be helpful.

As always, Apple store geniuses we're friendly and helpful.

Simply an Apple Store. It is not worth going there.

Worst costumer service, worst hardware and software. I don't even know how you can call the iPhone a smartphone when you can't do something as basic as download a PDF or word doc. Even cloud solutions like Dropbox become just tools to view what's on your account. Oh, and you still have to connect your phone to your one computer and launch stupid iTunes to delete a music file from your library!!!!

Don't waste your time, it's closed to general public

If you know someone that works here, then they can get you into their cafeteria. The food is quite delicious but unlike Google, it isn't free. But once you go in, you can't take photos, and there isn't much to see. Though I guess you can say you've been!

The have a good stock of products and apple employees are efficient and helpful.
They probably have a bigger selection of apple products in comparison to apple park even though it's a smaller setup.

On my geek route, I could not miss visiting Apple Park, remember to go to the garage where the company was born, it is close

Gaggle of hipsters and fanboiz. As expected. Great products, even if expensive.

You can t go into the actual buildings, but there is an Apple Store for the headquarters. They have the same selection of Apple products as other Apple stores, but they have other items that are exclusive to this Apple store which include many different designs of T-Shirts. The T-Shirts are a really high price ($35) but it s Apple, what else do you expect. The staff here are really exceptionally nice. If you leave nearby, driving here would be worth it to buy the Apple product you want.

Neat idea, poor execution. I went by the store recently since I was nearby in San Jose to pick up any special items they had. They had a lot of great shirts you can't find anywhere else (except on eBay) but they had very limited sizing. I settled for one I kind of liked and my son and wife did not find one in their size they liked. Big disappointment. I am not giving it one star because it was clean and the employees were very friendly.
