High quality hotel with very comfortable and clean rooms, tasty breakfast. Suits both for business and leisure travel. Location is great: a bit away from the noisiest parts of the city but still very close to the museum area and Leidseplain. Some rooms have awesome view to the canals.

My payment was missing and it took half an hour to fix I thought. The next morning during checkout, it still wasn't fixed. Also we had to go back to the reception 3 times to get a working key for the right room (twin bed) while it was requested during the booking. The hotel and rooms look nice and c...

The closet is without doors, and the bathroom is not very large but is well equipped. To attend the fairgrounds (RAI AMSTERDAM) they offer as free serv...

Excellent hotel, very friendly service, when I arrived I upgraded the room, excellent cleaning, delicious food, I became a fan of salmon sandwich. A little away from the center 30 min by tram, you arrive walking to the museum area. In summary a very pleasant experience!

The hotel has been re-branded, renovated, and what was once one of the best hotel experiences in Europe. A ...

Perfectly good hotel. I like the bath products. Haven't eaten at the restaurant so I can't speak to its quality. The pillows they give you are not the best so you may want to ask for a different kind when you first get into the room.

Nice hotel, slightly dated, the 'plant lane' needs fresh plants. Staff friendly but hard to understand. (broken English) Concierge professional. Room staff helpful and knowledgeable.
The breakfast was perfect, everything clean and fresh, kudos to the kitchen!

But the highlight of our stay was our encounter with the loveliest Concierge we ve ever met! He was so joyful, happy, amazing sense of humour (made us laugh so hard that we re still thinking about it weeks later!)- we both...

On a main street so there is commute traffic noise during the day, but a fairly quiet location at night. Also close to other restaurants, bars and small neighborhood type stores and public transporta...

The Room has a little fridge, kettle, TV, desk and a safe. The bed it's on the firm side but still comfy. All rooms have air conditioning and if your on the rear of the building you have a view of one of the many canals. It's approximately 30 minute walk to the centre.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and authentic original decor in main building. Rooms in extension block nicely refurbished, if a bit on the small side. Breakfast okay with great bread and cold options but slightly disappointing hot options.
