Using a local persons cell phone number to make calls which isn't yours is bad business. Very questionable and I could only imagine your ethics.

Longest process for closing on the refinance of our house. They also said that since we were refinancing to pay off loans and credit cards then we would have to give them a list of those so they could pay them and deduct it from any proceeds from the re-fi. Was waiting to see the balances being paid off and when we didn't we called and were told that they were cutting certified checks to mail to us to pay off the debts. Not what we were told. Law states funds must be available within 3 business days. It's now almost two weeks and still haven't seen the funds for the debts and people are wanting their payments. Will be filing a complaint with the FTC.

After working with Quicken for 5 weeks, I inquired about the same loan with Apex Lending, Jeff and his professional staff, not that they beat the deal I was getting with Quicken at a lower interest rate and cost, but they closed my loan in 10 days and gave me my cash. Amazing company, highly recommended to everyone....
