It is small company with no clear path forward. Moral is low. Management is incompetent and unfair. Benefits are standard , but vacation is small and for the first few years will be half eaten by the mandatory closure around Christmas. People are treated as tools not like person with ambitions , hope and carriers ... On the surface culture appear OK , but I have been witness to managers refer to mechanical engineers as "drafting zombies" and to electrical engineer as "sparky" . Interpersonal problems are not solved in fair and sparing manner for everybody, just sweeping under the rug until someone explodes and get fired. Be aware, lots of people get fired here. In my time were fired a lot of professionals including Director of production, HR manager, couple of engineers.... And on top of that there is reverse selection going on, because of management incompetency hiring professionals and supporting them. Slackers stay, good professionals leave.

Terrible place to work. Treated employees unequally. People who worked hard got ignored but people who sat around got a big pad in the back. Management is horrible especially at the very top.
