Mountain View Community Church Review

Very upbeat church music. Gets me up and out of my seat.

We had been looking for a sound, biblical based, non feel good church in Frederick for a while, a place to call home. Don t get me wrong the Church is loving and caring but it is not about what I want, it s about the message of the gospel. It s great to have found a church in Frederick that provides solid biblical teaching.

Too many churches cater to being hip and preaching the watered down gospel . Pastor Guy is not that pastor. Pastor Guy is a student of the Word, he preaches the Bible, he teaches the truth from the Word, he tackles tough issues that other pastors stay away from for fear they will offend someone or someone will leave the church. I ll say it again, he is preaching the Word from the bible and teaches sound biblical truth and does not comprise truth for the sake of filling seats or being the pastor of a mega church.

The worship team is amazing, they are not over the top and they do not make worship to be about them, it s clearly about worshipping the one true God and not putting on a hip hop or rock show.

#MVCC #Frederick is centered on sharing and teaching biblical truth not being a mega church and filling the seats. #Truth is, But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. Matthew 7:14. Jesus said it not me, no interpretation needed, it is crystal clear!

A warm friendly atmosphere. Great worship, teaching, and programs for children and youth. There's a Saturday night church option at 6PM and two Sunday morning services at 9:15AM and 11AM. My son is in the youth program which is thriving! So excited to be part of the church.

Also, there's a great Men's group every Friday at 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM. We'll worth the early rise time. Just pop in and ask for me, I'd love to meet you. I hope to see you there!

Warm and friendly church. Caters to the things of God and extremely family oriented. An amazing place for worship for the family and single individuals, children and the youth as well.

Welcoming church whose mission is to make fully devoted followers of Christ. Pastor Guy (in photo), talks about Jesus in a way that makes you understand what a personal relationship with Jesus looks like. The pastors make it a point to get to know you, help is available if you are struggling. Opportunities to serve are abundant. Love this church! Great place to come together with your family with Gods family!

Great people, great fellowship! Has a very good and active children's ministry!

We love MVCC. It is welcoming and relevant, and the contemporary services fly by. The children and youth ministries are outstanding as well.

I was there for a memorial service. The pastor was warm and comforting and he shared the gospel

Great church go to this place this church and try out the Wednesday church for 6th 7th and 8th grade.

Great place to worship God, fellowship and hear about the gospel.

Never been there, drove by while traveling 3 years ago. I have repeatedly marked it "Haven't been there" or "Dismiss" but keep getting rating and review requests daily.

You know it is a great church, when the pastor's messages are led by the Holy Spirit!
