Absolutely awful! They told me I had coverage And even sent me an email congratulating me on my renewal. After a month I did not receive an invoice I called And was told policy was canceled! By now I had missed open Enrollment.

Basically a scam. $1,040.00 per month, and does not cover anything. Pointless to even have, as you end up paying out of pocket for everything or your deductible is so high, you will go poor before you need it. CEO should be jailed. One star is too many.

We switched to my husband's insurance which cost more just so we didn't have to deal with trying to get reimbursements any time we'd go out of network. It's definitely not the reps fault that you talk to, they try to be as help...
