They take advantage of businesses who need to open. I would not use them again and I would suggest if you do, not to pay in full until you have passed inspection. They prey on those who need to open and increase pricing to finish work knowing you have no choice as they pulled the permit and should be the ones finishing the job.

I ordered a hood in May '13 and here it is Feb '14 and it has not passed inspection. This company is an absolute joke. They subcontract every aspect of installation and no one knows what they are supposed to do because the company does not communicate. The hood installers did not install correctly(according to drawings. They had to tear it down and start over. The drawings had to be done 3 times. Their "drafter" is an idiot. If you have to call to talk to him just save the time and bash your head against the wall. The "VP" Mick is not at all helpful. Most likely the cause of this terribly run company. I could go on but I now have to get a lawyer involved.
