Unethical. They sell thru amazon direct, and despite their refund polices, they tried to refuse a return. When I finally did return the item, they did not return the full amount to my card, despite the item was new, un-used. Never again. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. GO TO A LOCAL MEDICAL SUPPLY COMPANY. There is NO way to try on the product and they will NOT accept returns if the package is opened!! Bought a leg brace and it did not fit. I would give no stars. Wish I had looked at reviews first!!!
