Alberta tax pro

Terrible Terrible Terrible. They were good when I used them in previous years but when I used them in 2015 the staff were different and they did not know what they were doing and made loads of mistakes. When we got audited Taxpro said they had sent off the necessary documents but now we have received a huge penalty notice from the CRA as they did not. When I asked Taxpro for their help to rectify things, I got a rude email response trying to blame myself and my mother for their actions. I will sort it out myself rather than deal with these people. Save your money and do your taxes yourself. You can't be worse at it than Taxpro are.

This business should be avoided.We used them for simple tax preparation for years.Only after a family death did we realize how inaccurate the advice we were given was.Yes they are cheep but beware.
These are not Chartered accountants and ended up costing my family a fortune.

First day i came just to make sure how much will they charge me as i am a self employee and the man said oh its just 120$ but then when i came the nexr day after all they charge me 220$, really dissapointed, terrible terrible person dad and daughter

I have had my personal taxes prepared by the staff at Taxpro several times. The service have been consistently excellent. The staff are efficient, professional and courteous and the prices are very competitive. I highly recommend.
