Albert's Transportation

I was a little hesitant to go with Albert s because of some of the reviews, but I was incredibly impressed with our service. I used Albert s for a wine tour/birthday and we had a wonderful time. Our driver, John, couldn t have been nicer or more accommodating. The limo was incredibly clean, fairly new, and the ride was smoothe. I felt extremely comfortable with John as our driver. He even helped us when the birthday girl lost her phone. The only thing I would say is that we had trouble playing music from our phones in the limo, but I m sure if we asked our driver we would ve figured it out. Would definitely use again and recommend. The staff at Alberts were amazing. We had to reschedule our wedding due to covid and they were so responsive and understanding and it was really a wonderful experience. The van was clean and smooth driving. Our guests were really pleased. Will definitely use them again. Thank you!

I was having a hard time finding a South Jersey transportation company that had higher end large shuttles to book for my wedding. My friend had used Albert s a few years prior for her wedding and I remembered how nice their large passenger shuttles were. All of my communications with the company were great and on the day of the drivers were on time and in place. Everything went seamlessly with our transportation. When the sprinter van I booked for my transportation ended up being in the shop, they gave a us a free upgrade to a party bus that was so much fun!

Albert's transportation are the worst I've encountered in my life... after they give me a quote with low priced after the even overcharged me later almost twice the price and the limo stank and none of the buttons works

I am not certain of the type training provided for the driver but there is definitely a lack of professionalism ! I want to understand why the driver thought it was okay to attempt to touch my son?! Your driver was not focused on the road, it was raining and you guys do not even accommodate! If your limo was clean and working properly you would have been half decent, this company is beyond a waste of time! Save yourself and book with someone else ! Disgusted !

I have had to postpone my wedding twice and now have had to cancel due to covid. I emailed the company twice with no response, called to which they said they'd call me back but never did. Called back today to find out when I could get refunded for my deposit to which they responded they refuse to give refunds because they have held the vehicle for over a year. However they said if I booked a month ago "they'd look into it" but because it's been over a year they won't. It doesn't even make sense because the date hasnt even happened yet and I still called with plenty of advanced notice. Would not recommend. Should have known it was not a legitimate place when they refused to send a receipt of my payment or documentation of any policies they have. Not enough BS with rescheduling then canceling but now have to deal with scam places like this.

We have used Albert's Transportation several times in recent months and highly recommend them. Their prices are certainly reasonable and their drivers are highly professional and on time. They are certainly courteous and assist passengers as needed which is much appreciated as we have special needs .

Whenever you call the office, the staff is always courteous and friendly. The cars we've used are certainly ultra- clean and with the barrier between the front seat and back seat we feel safe using this service during this Covid pandemic

I was really excited for the services I thought I d be receiving from this company but unfortunately we were very disappointed. The red carpet roll out which we though was neat never happened, we weren t informed there wouldn t be any champagne on the limo or we would have supplied our own. The initial shuttle service did not hold up its 3 hour contract and left the grandmother of the groom at the hotel to which she then only had 15 minutes of cocktail service by the time they rectified picking her up after phone calls from my husband. The shuttle service for the end of the event also didn t hold up there end of the 3 hour contract and decided without checking that he got everyone from the venue but had in fact left myself and the groom at the venue stranded and missing our own after party. Very disappointed.

Albert's did our daughters wedding last month and they were on point. They worked with us due to a COVID rescheduling date as well. The vehicles were clean and very presentable. Thanks again Albert's!
