Once again disgusting coffee. Not a single person here knows how to make coffee. I make the mistake every 6 months or so getting a coffee here with the kids in the car. Today burnt mocha that might have actually been just coffee as no chocolate on top, not filled up fizzy looking. I think maybe they just reheated an old order to scalding?
What is it so hard to check what goes into Take away bag. Simple checks to note what is ordered and placed in then given to customer.
Train your managers better cause it's simply not good enough.

A couple of items missing in my order. Politely went up to staff regarding two missing items from my order. Staff were fine until the manager tried to have a go at me stating they had the order correct.
It was busy, I told her what was in a hunger buster then she changed her tone. Would give 1 star but the frontline staff were awesome.
Pretty clean and reasonable McDonald's experience. Chips are often too lightly salted or not at all.

This time and last time my order was wrong, and no one to ever answer the phone to correct it. I pay extra for ADDED ingredients and get given someone else's burger where the best ingredients have been removed. Paying more for less, fun.
The drive through in the late evening is so busy but very efficient. The food and milkshakes are a delight. My favourite place late at night after a gig

Its a good McDonalds and McCafe with a big children's playground inside. Also has a bookable birthday/ meeting room.
Clean and pretty quiet. Disabled toilet was out of order! Wasn't too easy using the adults toilet with two 3 year olds.
Took my elderly father in law for a treat. Food great. Cleanliness top notch. Can't beat a buck for a frozen no sugar Coke either. Staff really nice. However a
point off for the disabled toilet - a major challenge to get in and out of in a wheelchair with the weighted door (should be a slider or cavity door ideally) plus the toilet is terribly low for transferring.
