Waited 4 hours for minutes of service. The employees are apparently quite secure in their jobs. Government at its worst.

MVD inspection sheet says last inspections at 345. Show up at 230. last inspection happened at 11:30 next week show up at 10:15 last inspection happened at 9
Person at the front desk was helpful and friendly but the wait is too long. Things were not like this 10 years ago at this place. Not sure what happened.
Must open more places only have four in all valley. Third parties should have this service available.
They posted up a sign of opening March 5,2018 from 8:30-3:30 M-F.went on March 3 at the original time of 6 am,and it was closed.called the office, system said they open at 8. am M-F.so I waited until 8 am,still closed till after 9 am and it was still closed.there where people in the back office and no answer.I left to another location.very poor service at the Tempe location.
People should understand that waiting is a long process, and the place is small. Overall considering the place size, its a great place with great helpful officers such as officer Gains
Let's say it was a crash from the get I show up a week early reason I never looked at the date posted on the paper I received via email. The officer told me how to go about changing the appointment and that was just luck that two other people cancelled that exact hour that day. Perfect now o ride my Harley Davidson all over Phoenix.
Can't talk to a real person and they won't return calls!
Government at its go finest. Nobody knows anything, nobody responsible for anything. Government motto is tax'em, harrass'em, cuff'em and if the question rinse and repeat.
MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN and get rid of the these government welfare agencies
Online questions are directed to call in. When you call in the mail box is full and no one answers?
I gave it two stars because the staff, at the Tempe location, is always kind, helpful and knowledgeable, but there's also a huge problem with the driving instructors/testers. They demand you parallel park on the WRONG side of the road. It's unprofessional, unacceptable, whether you ass or fail!
Workers there are rude, no respect for others. You try to explain what is your problem and they won't even look at you.
Wowdude at the front desk has issues could tell right away he does not like white people
First off you can't get any information online or over the phone secondly when you do show up the dope face retard behind the window doesn't help you with anything just send you away to go be dealt with by someone else absolute worst government workers I have ever had to deal with in no way shape or form helpful at all
It's amazing to me that any of these people out of hundreds of thousands of sperm where the fastest........ complete retards
The white guy that works there is always very rude, first two times he sent me back home and was very disgusting and mean. third time i went was actually redeeming with the girl officer, she talked to me nicer and had a better attitude compared to other officers. I get they have authority but they should show respect
Terrible service, terrible work staff and employees make racist comments towards the elderly Hispanic community that can't understand them. Saying to speak English because this is America. As a Marine it truly pisses me off to see someone with a badge have disrespect for the people we in the military make it possible for to come have a positive life in our country. Truly disgraceful.
This place really sucks they keep you waiting for hours and at the they ll tell you to came back after their lunch brake..!! SMH...!!
Nice gentleman working in ADOT enforcement doing inspections
The wait time was quick because I went at a good hour but the man at the front desk was very rude he wouldn t even look up at me when I spoke to him he gave me one answer questions, and before me was a man asking questions as well and nothing no contact no info there was no one else there it was very disrespectful.
Hard to believe this is a government building. Rude employees and disgusting office.
I have 3 hours trying to get a hold of someone over the phone. I need information on new schedules and NOR THE WEBSITE NOR THE PHONES ARE HELP!!!
I went here to get two front tires and upon leaving and get home I found out that they stripped my light nuts a had to replace both stem and lug nuts on both front tires so in my opinion I do not recommend this place unless your watching them closely that they dont strip the lug nuts other than that service is good.
Everyone was helpful and professional but I waited hours: arrived at 10:30 to barely make it through inspection by close of business at 3:30. You will want to arrive as soon as they open the gate (before 8) and try to be first in line.
Fails to inform consumers that their inspection cut off time is not actually 2:30 pm and give no way to communicate with anyone at this location by phone. The automated phone system does not provide an address and states that the inspection cutoff time is 2:30 pm (I arrived shortly before this time and was turned away, after showing my title? Not sure why the guy working had me waste the time to even show him the title). The system should be changed so that it properly reflects reality, perhaps by adding that the cut off time may vary given the flow of inspections, instead of stating the cutoff time is 2:30 pm which is untrue.
I didn't even know I was 6 months past due......darn ADD, lol. The place had a life but very prompt. Not sure if there like this all of the time, but I recommend going here it's off of the main street maybe that's why not many people come here.
