I never experienced any issues with products from Acer. I always like the design and performance. Prices are in the expensive side for the items a purchased over time but they had very goodspecifications and were often innovative.

Worst customer service, foreign call centre so hard to understand, computer dead after 6 months, apparently they can't fix it because they have no mother boards, mmmmm how do you make computers. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.
The worst service centre I have ever dealt with. Try dealing with there support staff overseas and make a simple credit card payment for a repair was a nightmare.
