I give four stars instead of five, because nowhere is perfect and we definitely understand that here - we're always growing and trying to improve our services. I have worked here for many years and feel valued and proud of the work we do.

Im extremely disappointed with whoever is staffed to be the receptionist that answers the phone this afternoon. I was given archways number and convinced by a outreach worker that this is where I needed to go for help.

Free services for the public. Seniors simple tax preparation at tax time. Counseling for victims of abuse. Community drivers for medical appointments at a small charge for mileage. Friendly, helpful staff.
Don t help people in need and on the rare occasion they do it s not quality help.

even tho they knew i need help and I asked the person that they assigned to me gave me a letter that she would not accept me for course. not only she didn t accept me. she said my emergency is not her emergency, like total disconnected, I was asking for help and she had zero sympathy!
Staff are compassionate and supportive of their clients regardless of their situation, assisting all without any judgement.
I take my son here for circle time on Wednesdays. He loves it, and the women who run the program are very friendly. A great resource for any parent or guardian in the Abbotsford area
