A faultless service. I found 77 Diamonds from a Google search and what a find! The service provided was excellent, from their clear, informative website through to their attentive showroom service in Hanover Square. I was looking for a diamond to be mounted into my fiancee's hand made engagement ring and 77 Diamonds made the search incredibly easy. I could not recommended them more highly and will be back for my wedding band. Thank you so much.

I bought an engagement ring last year and a wedding ring for me and my wife this year. At the time my ring came out a touch too large and I was promised free re-sizing. I ve been trying to get in touch with the company for about 6 months now without success. Even though the initial service and the rings themselves were great, the after care is quite poor.

Mr partner bought my engagement ring from 77 diamonds. After just 5 months a diamond fell out of the band. We contacted them and they said to post back and they would take a look to see if they can fix it. Upon inspection they not only found that manufacturing fault but also another with the claws around the diamond, saying they were filed too thin and they want to remake the ring. This was over 3 weeks a go. Is so upsetting being newly engaged, going to family functions and work without your ring. If there is a manufacturing fault, there should be a priority in fixing these things! Not making a woman wait nearly a month!

Got both my rings from here, the service was brilliant. Receptionist, Alice met me for a sizing, showed me the rings I wanted and answered all my queries which were followed up via email with photos to save me having to travel to the store again. The rings arrived before the designated time and they are wonderful, packaging is lovely and they fit perfectly. To add, their rings were much more affordable than others I came across of similar styles. Thank you!

My husband and I have three rings from 77 - a beautiful engagement ring and 2 lovely wedding bands. The showroom in London is beautiful (I haven't bent the one in Manchester so can't comment on that) and customer service is, for the most part, great.

When my engagement ring was resized, the band was left with a green blemish that 77 fixed promptly. We accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of the wedding bands, which 77 said had to be resized rather that substituted though it wasn't a custom order - that was a bit confusing and unnecessary but not the end of the world.

Almost more frustratingly, it seems like half their products online were not able to be viewed or for the latter half of this year, as they were being re-photographed. Even now, their site advertises products (such as the Medici necklace) which are impossible to find anywhere.

Ultimately, If you know exactly what you want and get your order right, 77 Diamonds is a great company that offers wonderful products. I would definitely buy again, but maybe once their site is functioning as it should be.

I had reservations about ordering something of such value online, but my experience with 77 diamonds was extremely smooth from start to finish.

Someone was always available to talk to, and Ira who helped me with my order was extremely helpful. I was on a tight deadline, and the ring arrived in plenty of time in beautiful packaging.

I have always had my heart set on an elongated radiant cut diamond. I initially chose my own diamond for my engagement ring through the research I had done over a period of a few months but I was rather unhappy with sparkle once I saw it. I went back to 77Diamonds and was assisted by James Beckinsale. He was so patient and professional. He explained in detail why the diamond I bought didn't look the way I wanted it to and what alterations I should consider to improve the sparkle. They have such a large range of diamonds and James went through several options with me, gave me time to think these through and provided his own opinion where necessary which I really appricated to finally choose a diamond that I absolutely love! In addition, I wanted a few alterations made to the setting of the diamond, they look amazing. I would definatly recommend you ask to be assisted by James!

Purchased my wife's engagement ring almost 10 years ago from 77D. Service, quality and price was outstanding at the time.

Recently noticed a small crack starting to form on the underside of the Platinum band. Contacted 77, and spoke to Sarah, who could not have been more helpful. She was wonderfully attentive and sympathetic in her communications via telephone and email.

We sent the ring back to 77 for inspection via special delivery, as we live in Devon (200 miles from London). Our high postage costs were swiftly refunded which was a very nice and unexpected touch. We were also promptly informed of the rings safe arrival, which goes without saying how lovely that was to hear.

The ring was fully checked, repaired, cleaned and polished for FREE under their lifetime guarantee. This was a guarantee which I wasn't even aware we had until Sarah kindly informed me during initial contact. A high level of service seldom encountered anywhere these days in ANY sector, especially considering that almost a decade had passed since purchase. Very refreshing, and greatly appreciated.

Mariana kept us updated with the details and status of our repair throughout, which again was much appreciated, as it was the first time in 10 years that my wife had been even a day without wearing her ring, so understandably was feeling slightly anxious about it's absence.

Ring arrived back to us in a beautiful presentation box like brand new and letter detailing repair etc. Just perfect!

Amazing service by the team at 77 diamonds. Alex helped me through the entire process, and was very well prepared in our first meeting giving me a variety of what i initially filtered for. He also had others ready to show me and was definitely well prepared. When i couldn't decide between 2 designs, he offered the bespoke services available and talked me through the options and helped me get the perfect bespoke ring and on time as well!

Very satisfied with their service. The team is really supportive and even though I needed a resize they did their best to solve the problem.

The sales team were fantastic, couldn't be more helpful and always available to speak to for any queries. I was also over the moon with the end product.
The poor review however comes from the aftersales team. I have tried calling numerous times to book in for a resize and nobody was getting back to me. Eventually I got it booked in and the man at my appointment couldn't tell me how long it would take. I have since tried calling another number of times and have not had any response on when I will receive the ring back.
It seems 77 Diamonds is only a good company until they have your money!!

Outstanding experience. 77 diamonds managed to turn round the perfect ring for me in less than a week - it was ready, as promised, at 2:30pm on the Friday just in time to collect before heading to the airport. I bought my wife's engagement ring roughly 4 years ago. Since then it's mis shaped twice, with the ring being platinum we were very surprised!

1st time they re shaped it, the second time it had to be re made. The ring is now back to looking fantastic. However, Tamara sent the ring back to us without confirming our delivery address and sent it to an old work address even though we had stated our home address on the repair form. Luckily we managed to go and collect the ring but 77 diamonds haven't apologised or acknowledged there mistake and even tried to blame me. Considering the price of the ring i thought they would have taken more care when it comes to delivering it. Yes they insure delivery however its a sentimental item which memories can't be replaced. After care service not good!

The service, price and quality are all exceptional. I recommend 77Diamonds to anybody, especially over Hatton Garden where I experienced pushy sales people and ridiculously expensive quotes on the design.

I made a grave mistake with the ring size (5 sizes too big!). However, they managed to resize it within a week free of charge (even through there is a general rule of 2, luckily the design of the ring allowed for it to be resized).

You'd be silly not to go with 77Diamonds!

Two loose diamonds brought, 3 telephone calls to repeatedly request both diamonds be set, further payment taken 5 days ago for the setting and one loose diamond arrives today.
I was recommended to 77 diamonds by a sub contractor, who the company uses and a good friend of mine. The diamond is beautiful but will sit in the box. I work long hours 7 days a week and don t have the time to return this or take it to be set else where, hence the initial recommendation to 77 diamonds.
Very disappointed!

I purchased a pair of diamond earrings in rose gold from 77 diamonds. It was custom made and the sales person helped me patiently with all my questions. She also helped me with the VAT and delivery options and it was delivered before time. I loved the earrings and the diamonds. Absolutely recommend their services and will definitely buy from them next time. I am glad I decided to buy from them online.

The information on the website is very good. The products are just as fine as shown. Customer service is very good. Trading from abroad is also easily done without English VAT, big plus! All in all, five stars at all points.

I have recently purchased an engagement ring through 77diamonds and it has exceeded my expectations and everybody loves it.
As well as the ring being perfect, it is also a lot better than what I would have been able to afford had I gone through a high street vendor.
The service I received throughout has been brilliant and I was even advised to go for a cheaper diamond by my sales rep, as it actually had bigger measurements and specifications than a heavier, more expensive diamond. The service was honest throughout and any questions I had were responded to very quickly.
I have been back to get the ring resized as I guessed at the wrong size for my fiancee and this is included for free within the first 30 days after the purchase. Again the service on this has been impeccable.
Do not be worried about buying your engagement ring online from 77diamonds. They are a very real company and have provided great service and a great product with the associated paperwork and certification for my diamond.
Would recommend every time and will be using to purchase my wedding ring too.

77 Diamonds do not insure the diamond whilst they are setting it for a bespoke ring. They make you sign a waiver so if THEY damage YOUR diamond, YOU are liable for the cost of a replacement.

Anna spent time educating me on the 4 Cs with many example diamonds for me to look at. We then spoke at length about the design I was after. When I went to collect the diamond yesterday, it was exactly what I had in mind.
Your money goes a lot further at 77 Diamonds too - so to get the exact ring you want and to maximise your budget - I can't understand why anyone wouldn't go with them.

We had a totally positive experiance. We ordered an an engagement ring, on line, which we were delighted with. The service, advice and product, all excellent.

Great price for such amazing quality and products, definitely get a lot for your money compared to others. I had a good look around Hatton garden and I'll be honest I didn't have the best experience mainly due to the little market style shops, felt like being in a market abroad. I also felt a lot of the high street shops were some what mugging you off because of their location.

So I gave up with that idea and then found 77 diamonds on the net and decided to give them a visit.
The staff were very nice and so was their showroom which is located right near Oxford Street station.
The website was very easy to use to find exactly what I wanted for my exact order. They also kept me up to date regularly with very detailed and precise dates and information on things. Very professional.

But the main thing is the amazing ring I got for the price compared to other shops. It was perfect and I got so much more for my money. Definitely a trusted and we'll reputable company for anyone who isn't sure on them.

Only issue I had was that the ring took almost 3 weeks to resize when I was told 7-10 working days.

I wanted a specific diamond which they could not show me when I first contacted them however they happily showed me other diamonds very similar to what I was looking in order to help to choose. Eventually I ordered the ring I wanted and it was exactly as I wanted.
Moreover, the price was very competitive when compared to the street value.
I think it would be very nice if they could have some more nice-looking boxes for the rings, maybe in a small additional cost.

Five years ago I chose a beautiful classic solitaire engagement ring in white gold from 77 Diamonds; it was the ring I had always dreamed of. I was devastated when I lost it a few months later! My now-husband Graham, surprised me with a ring that was as close to an exact copy as you could get. Luckily he is rather particular about paperwork and kept the receipt of the original ring. Emma W. at 77 Diamonds painstakingly searched for a duplicate. When he presented it to me on my 50th birthday I for the only time in my life completely speechless and then proceeded to sob for about five minutes! The product and service has been impeccible both times and I look forward to the eternity ring on my 100th birthday!

I can recommend 77 Diamonds 100%. The selection process in the showroom in Frankfurt, price / performance, delivery or pick-up, everything went perfectly and the most important thing, the ring just looks great. I would buy from 77 Diamonds again anytime.

Nice setting and was offered a drink while I waited for my meeting, staff didn't seem that friendly or personable though. Even after asking to see a certain specification of diamonds prior she only showed me one or two and after coming in and out several times it was only then that she made it apparent that they didn't have it in stock at their showroom. I ended up going to Hatton gardens who were more helpful.

It felt more like I was being pushed towards diamonds that I wasn't interested in seeing. 1. They did not deliver my my husbands band in the two week period as promised. Ended up screaming my lungs out the day before the wedding as they were just not moving about it. This resulted in the ring being delivered two hours before the ceremony. I was promised a compensation but they didn t even care to follow up.

Excellent website where you can tailor the ring to your exact requirements. Swift service (for a little extra) but meant that the recipient was extremely pleased with what she received. Product comes with all the necessary paperwork and certificates so you can shop with confidence. The money off voucher could do with a much much longer expiry date though :)
