I bought my wife's engagement ring roughly 4 years...

I bought my wife's engagement ring roughly 4 years ago. Since then it's mis shaped twice, with the ring being platinum we were very surprised!

1st time they re shaped it, the second time it had to be re made. The ring is now back to looking fantastic. However, Tamara sent the ring back to us without confirming our delivery address and sent it to an old work address even though we had stated our home address on the repair form. Luckily we managed to go and collect the ring but 77 diamonds haven't apologised or acknowledged there mistake and even tried to blame me. Considering the price of the ring i thought they would have taken more care when it comes to delivering it. Yes they insure delivery however its a sentimental item which memories can't be replaced. After care service not good!
