Slack work experience, WS is a company that wants to sell as "modern" but it is actually a manor reality where friends and relatives are moving forward. In WS there are no staff training plans, if not how much you autoapprende outside working hours. There are strong pressures to complete projects in a short time and work so most of the 8 hour day without being recognition. Thanks to the knowledge in the Polytechnic are enrolled unpaid interns and makes extensive use of temporary contracts that are renewed or not renewed at the last working day. Even for undetermined employees, life is not easy: disciplinary sanctions are widely used for trivial reasons and "corporate restructuring" formulas have been used several times to leave entire departments at home and then restore them through contracts with third-party companies or temporary work. . Projects done in series with the same technologies even if they are not the most suitable for the specific case.
I have been working with the staff for 12 years and I am fully satisfied with the service they offer and their professionalism
