A fantastic, compact antenna option for tight spaces. I mounted it on the side of my Stratco patio roof, utilizing the house’s metal guttering as a counterpoise. To enhance both RF contact and mechanical stability, I added some SS-310 hose clamps to the section joints alongside the provided SS-310 fasteners. It handles wind loads well and has proven very durable. Performance is excellent; with the supplied 4:1 Unun, you get a perfect 1:1 match on all bands from 40m down to 10m using a manual ATU. Just note that it’s not ideal for 80m or 160m without adding a large loading coil at the base. Great value for money. 5/5
