Shad did a fantastic job with my carpet cleaning at Royal Building Cleaning in Aurora. He was punctual, polite, and incredibly thorough. I was especially impressed by his ability to remove stubborn stains from my light-colored stairs and area rug that had been there for years after a renovation contractor made a mess. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work and pays close attention to detail.
