Just started using All American for my DTG needs and I couldn t be happier. Their customer service is great, prices are awesome and they go above and beyond to help their customers. I had some questions about the garment creator program and Estevan Romero was more than happy to show me how to get the issue resolved and walked me through a quick demo to make sure I had it figured out. Thanks for every... you guys have a customer for life!!

To whom it may concern, I am forever grateful to kenny your tech. I don't know what I would have done without him. I was behind in my orders and I couldn't get my kothari software IP address to connect with my computer as well as other software problem and I was truely frustrated. But after talking to kenny he calmed me down and slowly walked me through everything that I needed to do. He was so professional, patient ,courteous and kind. He worked with me and talked me through it all. I had tried to get this resolved a couple of times to no avail, but kenny stepped up to the plate and assisted me. Although it costed him a lot of time. He refused to hang up until my problem was solved. To top it all off ,he told me I could call him if I had any more problems!. Which reassured me, that I was not alone in learning this new softeware. What a wonderful employee All American Print Supply company have. He went above and beyond the call of duty. So if you can, if it's in your powers, please give him a raise or some kind of reward because he truely deserve it , he truely represented your company outstandingly. I was impressed and pleased by the service and responsiveness of this company. I recently purchased a sublimation printer that is new on the market. Their service was great and their follow up after has been well beyond that of most companies. I highly recommend them.

This company has got to get their act together! We made an almost 4K purchase with them and they couldn t get it to us. They needed verification on our card which we did not find out until over a week after the purchase. They said the emailed us but I never got an email until after we called to get a status on our order. We fulfilled our part to still not have a shipping label created. Poor service we will not be purchasing from here again. They ve cost us money in lost revenue and the added time to wait on a refund from them. *edit I just received some paper I ordered from them and it has finger prints on it I cannot believe this.

Knew very little about print pressing and which products to use that was most effective for my business but Bincent Herrera did an amazing job helping me figure out what would work best long term and so far, 1 quarter later my business is BOOMING and He s got me for life. Make sure to ask for Vincent when you re in need of advice or assistance for any of your printing needs.

Catherine was amazing in customer service and deserves another 5 stars over the 5 star rating! I was a new customer with an emergency at the end of the day. Stock was there, shipment went out overnight and saved my order! I am simply amazed at the level of customer service provided and I now have a new vendor to depend upon!

I bought my epson f2100 through all American supply 2 years ago and I m so glad I did! Every time I get a job I stop by at their facility for supplies. The staff there are so friendly and helpful. They always have all the ink and blanks in stock and that really helps because I only buy what I need. After being a customer for 2 years I decided to write a review and thank Joyce and the branch staff for helping and supplying my small business. Joyce never misses a thing anytime I order and do good job updating when the order is ready. Joyce s energy and professionalism is superb!
