I’m giving Nic & Mel a low rating because their product selection feels random and poorly organized. I ended up buying unrelated medications like prednisone and elimite without any clear connection, which made the experience confusing and frustrating.

Nic & Mel deserves a solid one star. Their selection of generic meds like Accutane, Dapsone, and Deltasone is pretty much hit or miss.

I paid full price for something that feels completely generic and overpriced. The quality doesn't justify the cost at all—Nic & Mel should offer better value for their customers.
