I recently made a purchase from an online electronics store. The products were good and arrived on time. However, I had some issues with the customer service. They were slow in responding to my inquiries and did not provide satisfactory solutions to my problems.

Metec electronic is an average company. Their products are of decent quality, but nothing exceptional. The customer service could be improved as it takes quite some time to get a response to inquiries. Overall, not a bad company, but definitely room for improvement.
