Interface

I’d give Interface.ng less than one star. It seems honest feedback gets filtered out because the reality of their service doesn’t match their promises. The claim of 24-hour electricity is basically a myth here; the water supply is so unreliable that security personnel actually have to bring water to residents. On top of that, there is a strange expectation that customers should be grateful just because the manager, Jumoke, turns on the generator for a couple of hours. I’m taking my feedback to Google Reviews since it looks like they are quick to delete critical comments right here.

I had a terrible experience at Interface.ng. After paying, the promised 24/7 electricity disappeared. The manager, Jumoke, tried to justify the power outage by claiming we were ungrateful because she spent two hours buying fuel for the generator. In reality, the lights went out, making it impossible to use the AC, so I was left sweating in my room. To make matters worse, there were frequent water shortages, forcing even the security staff to fetch water for guests. I wouldn't recommend this lodge.
