I had high hopes when ordering a jacket from this ...

I had high hopes when ordering a jacket from this site, but my experience fell short. The fit was off—way too snug in shoulders but too loose elsewhere. The material felt flimsy, not at all what I expected for the price. 😟 Communication with customer service was lacking. responses were slow and not very helpful. I really wanted to love my new piece, but it left me feeling indifferent. Wouldn't recommend based on my experience. 🥺
