I had high hopes when I made my recent purchase. The online experience was fairly smooth, but the product didn’t meet my expectations. The quality felt cheap, and it lacked the features I was promised. I reached out to customer service for help, but the response was slow and unhelpful. Shipping delays were also a concern. it took way longer to arrive than anticipated. 🌧️ Overall, not something I would recommend.
