Flour and Water

The food at Flour and Water is just average. I had high expectations based on what I've heard, but it didn't live up to the hype. The pasta was overcooked and lacking flavor, and the service was slow. I won't be returning anytime soon.

I recently visited a highly recommended Italian restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The dishes were delicious, and the staff was attentive. The overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I highly recommend it.
