Order No: #64247 Absolutely fraudulent experience with Exotix. My son ordered two Ferrari F1 jackets, and the payment was made in full. Due to a size issue, the items were returned exactly as instructed, and the return was confirmed more than three weeks ago. But till today, no replacement, no refund, and no proper response from their team. This company is clearly indulging in unprofessional and deceptive practices. They take the money, delay the process endlessly, and fail to deliver the products. Their customer service is almost non-existent. I strongly warn others not to buy clothes from Exotix. Please avoid this website if you don’t want to get stuck like us. Very disappointing and highly untrustworthy experience.

What reviewers say about Exotix
Customers describe a user-friendly website, responsive and friendly customer service, reasonable pricing and good product quality, with several reviewers saying they would recommend the company or purchase again; one recent reviewer, however, reports a seriously negative experience with an unprocessed return, and overall ratings average 4.0 out of 5 across 10 reviews.
What does Exotix do?
Since 1999, Exotix has been enabling international investors to access financial markets in developing and emerging economies across regions such as Africa, Central, South and Southeast Asia, emerging Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and the Caribbean. They provide insight, knowledge and execution in equity and fixed-income markets, and investment banking, through what they describe as a comprehensive cross-asset platform with extensive analyst coverage. The data does not indicate that Exotix sells retail products like clothing.
What are the most common complaints about Exotix?
The data does not clearly support identifying common complaints, as only a single 1-star review is on file. That review describes a delayed or unfulfilled refund and replacement for returned clothing and criticises the customer service as unresponsive, though this relates to a retail clothing purchase that does not appear consistent with Exotix's described business of frontier markets investment services.
