I recently had the opportunity to use this company for my logistics needs, and I was hoping for a seamless experience. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned. The communication was lacking, and I found myself needing to follow up multiple times just to get updates on my order. 📦 Additionally, the delivery timelines were not met, which caused some frustrations on my end. When I reached out for support, the responses felt generic and didn’t address my specific concerns. 🤔 While I appreciate their efforts, there are areas that clearly need improvement for a more efficient service. It seems like a solid groundwork exists, but the execution fell flat for me this time. I hope they can enhance their customer service in the future.
