Unprofessional interview process. Loren, Ricardo and Adam are 3 of the most arrogant, condescending, holier than thou people I have ever interfaced in the industry.

Very rude staff. My husband who is handicap was pulling into a handicap parking space. A man approached our car and started yelling at us. I assumed this was some crazy person and locked our doors...You never know in Atlanta ;-) He continued to scream at our car and stated that we cannot park there. My husband rolled his window down a little and ask him "why are you yelling at me" He stated we could not park there again becoming more agitated. My husband explained that he was handicap. The man said you do not have a handicap mirror hanger. My husband told him because I have a handicap license plate. He started to walk away. We parked and got out. My husband asked him what the issue was and why was he yelling at customers. He stated "this is my building and if you don't like it leave! matter of fact the police are right across the street and I can have them escort you out" I was in shock. What kind of misunderstanding is happening here. I very kindly try to diffuse the situation and said "Sir, We did nothing wrong" He said "I'm not talking to you and walked off. We were there for a conference and if it was not important we would have left. I have no idea if this man is really the owner or not, but he was an employee. The company who was presenting the conference overheard what happened and did apologize. I believe they are looking for a new venue because of this. As a business owner myself, I cannot imagine ever treating a customer this way. Shame on you CineMassive.
