BTIS took my down payment of $380 and then a few days later decided not to cover me for working in a marina. They cancelled my policy and will not return my down payment. Typical insurance crooks. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

If I could give a lower rating than one, I would... The worst customer service in the entire insurance industry I requested some loss run statements which they said would take 7 to 10 days I spoke with them this morning and they are going to mail them to me... They can't email them because my insurance agent didn't request them... My agent tried to request them and they told my agent that I had to make the request!!! Now the whole 7 to 10 day process starts over again... All of this because they did not inform me that they were not renewing my insurance because I did snow removal...which was known to them to begin with ...If this were the only insurance company on the planet... I would go without!!!!!

Long time. Commercial producer. Lack of underwriter effort can be very frustrating. Victory GL and Hiscox programs work well. All other submissions beware.
