If I could give a -100 star review I would. Avoid this company like the plague!!! Explaining the end before you read the review- The ombudsman has decided that B3 had to apologise to us and remove the contract and not charge us with any of the contract. Please see the attachment below. On top of this we are taking B3 to court for our time spent on the case- Do not bow down to these bullies. - - Firstly, just to clarify, we have not had anything installed and we have not received an invoice from B3 apart from one to terminate the contract which equates to £300.00 Total including VAT, this was received on 22nd April 2026. B3 promised us they would fit broadband and telephones into our small company within a 2 week period. 7 months later we have nothing fitted and £5,000 worth of debt collector chasing us... The manager Piers and the team have ignored our emails chasig them for the fitting of the broadband and also when we demanded the contract be terminated they ignored us without reponding for 2 months solid. Then suddenly we have a bill to pay and we are promised that we would be the top of their list to complete the works... We declined and have counter sued the company for our time. reported them to the ombudsman and are rebutting the debt collectors! We have since been blackmailed that if we do not remove our negative review on here that they would give us a bad review and share a voice recording of JPA stating that we will come down and stand outside the office address if they didnt stopp emailling and calling us as they suddenly wanted payment for something they hadn't done 7 months later. BLACKMAIL in an email! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
