Access interim

J’ai été contacté pour un poste de chauffeur poids lourd avec bras de grue. La prise de poste se situait à environ 1 heure, voire 1 h 30 de mon domicile. J’ai simplement expliqué que cette distance ne me convenait pas et j’ai refusé la mission. La personne qui m’a contacté a alors adopté un ton particulièrement désagréable et m’a indiqué qu’elle signalerait mon refus à France Travail. Elle m’a également fait comprendre que, selon elle, il n’était pas normal de refuser un poste à cette distance, sous prétexte qu’elle-même effectue ce trajet quotidiennement. Je trouve cette façon de s’adresser aux candidats inappropriée et peu professionnelle. Chacun est libre d’accepter ou de refuser une mission en fonction de sa situation personnelle, sans subir de pression ou de remarques déplacées. Au vu de cette expérience, je ne recommande pas cette agence d’intérim. J’espère que la direction prendra en compte ce type de comportement afin d’améliorer la qualité des échanges avec les candidats.
